"I know you love him Ree. And I can also see that he loves you, its very obvious in the way his eyes sparkle every time I mention your name. He is just so torpe to admit it. And Im telling you he wont make a move, so if I were you you make yours. Dahil baka maging uugod ugod na kayo ay wala pa ding nangyayari sa love life ninyo."

Those are the exact words of Tiffany habang magka skype sila. She is against sa sinabi nito that she have to make the first move. But she might be right, if she wont make the first move eh walang mangyayari sa kanila. Puro pakiramdaman nalang silang dalawa.

Yeah she knew na hindi naman dapat siya nag mamadali because she is just 19 and just on her third year college. But whenever she see him with different beautiful and successfull woman fear over come her whole being. Natatakot siya na baka isang umaga magising nalang siya na may mahal na ito, so she have to make a move fast.

Marahan niyang pinag kuskos ang dalawang palad. Her hands feel so cold kahit ang maalinsangan dito sa parking lot ng Briones Group of Companies Building.

Yes she finally decided to tell him what she really feel kaya naman sinadya niya ito sa kumpanya nila. Pagkatapos ng klase nila ay dito na siya tumuloy dahil alam niya na alas singko ay umuuwi na din ito and its just five minutes before five in the afternoon. She is so freaking nervous right now but she wont let nervousness eat her.

She have to do this. This is how much she love Nathaniel Briones.

Halos pagpawisan siya ng malapot ng makitang papadating na ito sa pwesto niya, kung nasaan naka park ang kotse nito.

He is wearing his business suit. While holding some documents in his hands. Kunoy ang noo nito habang nakatingin ng mataman sa kanya. She wanted to run upon seeing him, pero para siyang itinulos sa kanyang kinatatayuan. Her feet dont cooperate either, they dont want to move and walk away.

"What are you doing here Reena?" He ask.

Hearing her name from his mouth sent a thousand voltage in her whole body. This is his effect on her. She cant even stand looking straight to his eyes.

"Ahmm...ahmmm..I ju..just"

She heared him heavied a sigh

"Reena I am so dead tired right now and all I want is to go home and rest. So you see Reena I dont have time for non sense. If you have something to say, say it now." He said habang kunot na kunot ang noo nito.

Nagbaba siya ng tingin dahil parang napapaso siya sa paraan ng pagtingin nito sa kanya. Halos magkanda bali bali na ang mga daliri niya dahil sa ginawa niyang pagpisil sa mga yon. Nadoble pa ang nerbyos na nararamdaman niya dahil sa sinabi nito. Parang gusto niyang umurong bigla.

Pero kaya ba niyang makita ito na kasama ang ibang babae?

No. Definitely a no.

Yes she is so insecure with those woman that he is dating. They are beautiful and successful and they all came from famous and rich family in the country. And she is just Reena. A plain woman who has nothing.

She came from a poor family. And she has not proven anything yet. Nakakapag aral lang siya sa Samaniego Internation School because of scholarship. Yes she have the brain, she is running for magna cumlaude atleast, but that all. She cant even compete with those woman.

But despite of being nothing she love this man in front of her so much, so she is taking every risk.

"If you dont have anything so say I'll go ahead." Anito sa kanya at tinalikuran siya. He was about to go inside his car when she spoke.

"I..I lo..love you Nathaniel." It came almost a whisper. But she is so damn sure that he heared it dahil napahinto ito sa akmang pagsakay sa kotse nito.

Muli itong humarap sa kanya. She took a peek in his face but instantly look away. Kunot na kunot ang noo nito but she saw something in his eyes.

"What did you say Reena?" He ask

She did not speek for a minute so he lifted her chin so she can look straight in his eyes.

"Tell me did I hear it right?"

She nodded. Muli niyang inilihis ang tingin dito while blushing. She wanted to hide from his intense look but she just cant.

"Say it again." He demand.

"I..I love you Nathaniel." This time she looked straight to his eyes. Ahe let him see the love she have for him tru her eyes. She knew her cheeks are blushing because she can feel the burning of them.

"You love me?" Natatawang sabi nito sa kanya. Ibinaba niyo ang kamay na nakahawak sa kanyang baba at tinignan siya na para bang may sinabi siyang isang bagay na katawa tawa dito. "You're kidding right?" He even ask

"No." Matapang niyang sabi dito. Sinalubong niya ang mga mata nito. "I love you. I dont dont when did I start feeling this but all I know is Im in love with you." Matapang niyang sabi dito. She swallow all her pride this time.

"Why are you doing this Reena? Its not you. I mean you are a prim and proper lady, and I did not see this one coming. I mean you confessing your feelings for me, its not so you." He said while shaking his head dissaprovingly.

"I have to do this." She said almost caught off guard with what he said. Its true that she came out from her comfort zone just to confess. But she is just afraid to lose him. She cannot stand to see him loving someone who is not her.

"Why?"

"Because I am afraid that you might fall in love with someone who is not me. Ayokong makita kang may kasamang iba kasi nasasaktan ako. I want you for myself only. Gusto ko ako lang. Call me selfish or something but I want you. I love you. I am so in love you Nathaniel Briones. If I have to beg then I will beg, just love me too. I want to be your girlfriend Nathaniel, will you be my boyfriend?" Aniya dito. She push all her inhibitions out. She have to say all her feelings for him. Its now or never.

She lay all her cards. And she knew kung tanggihan siya nito ngayon she will be broken into pieces.

"I dont." Walang emosyon na sabi nito sa kanya.

Two words but those words are enough to crush her. Two words that makes her feel all the pain. Her heart feels like it is being ripped out from her chest.

Napayuko siya upang maitago dito ang luhang kusang tumulo sa kanyang mga mata. She had enough humiliation for today.

"But we can make ammends on that." Pagpapatuloy nito.

Iniangat niyang muli ang mukha. She know hope is very visible in her eyes.

"I dont want to have a girlfriend, publicly."

"What do you mean?"

"Well having a girlfriend forbid me to meet new people that can be an investors or something. Unlike if I am a bachelor in front of those people it is very easy for na makaakit ng mga investors, especially women. And at this point of my carreer I need to attract more possible investors, just to prove something to my father and those board of directors." Balewalang sabi nito sa kanya

"So you are saying that I am not good for you?" She said almost a whisper. "But Im willing to do everything. Kahit ano, basta masiguro ko lang na sa akin ka lang." She plead

Lumapit ito sa kanya at hinapit siya sa baywang. Marahan nitong hinaplos ang kanyang pisngi that makes her want to shut her eyes so she can feel the gesture more. She look straight to his eyes.

"Be my secret affair instead. An affair that noone, as in not even a single soul, should know. Its just the two of us." Whisper while tracing her lips. "Are you willing to have a secret affair with me Reena Sanggalang?" He ask

"Yes." He answer without hesistation.

He smirk before he claim her lips.
