"Alice I need you to breathe and trust me that everything will be fine okay sweet heart?" Margaret held my hand and i squeezed it. i was about to give birth,the last thing i remember was that i saw hatter or at lease i think i did,and then i heard him scream then it all went black and i woke up with water all around the bed. "it hurts so much please get it out!" i screamed. "Alice you need to calm down first" Margaret wiped my sweaty forehead with a cloth "James, I need you to get a bowl with warm water,a bowl with cold water,knife,and lots of towel there's going to be a lot of blood here" she paused "go on now,hurry! and Julia go with your dad" -- "knife? blood? oh bloody hell!" i snapped 

after a few minutes i started to calm down yet i was so scared,i was confused,and Hatter was not here,negative thoughts started to go through my mind:...will i be able to raise this creature?,will i be good mom?,tears started to run down my face,not of pain but because i was terrified. "Alice" Lisa lay down besides me and i wiped my tears away "y-yes?" -- Lisa smiled "are you alright?" -- i forced a nod and a smile "yes,a little scared" I chuckle "but Alice you're going to an amazing mom" Lisa smiled "when i grow up...i want to be like yourself" -- "why is that" -- "because you're very pretty and brave,like a princess!" Lisa smiled and all i could do was smile back "Lisa,go outside don't bother Alice shes already in a lot of pressure" Margaret barked and Lisa left.

"are you ready" Margaret asks and i shook my head "no,not really" i chuckled in pain as Margaret reached for my hand ans squeezed it "Alice,being a mother is the greatest gift God has given us Women,being a Mother is the most amazing feeling,you're like a guardian,and being called "mommy' and having your kid tell you'i love you' is the most beautiful thing ever,im sure you wont feel it right now but with time you will,now lets get this baby out ok?" I nodded "now,when i count to three you will push with all your might,alright?" i nodded "1,2,....3"

Hatter's POV

I sat on the cold floor of the cellar with chains wrapped around my legs,my clothe was ragged,i has no more shoes on and my hands and finger were covered with blood,scratches,cuts and splinters,i was the official royal designer,but i only new how to make hats so i had to learn to make clothe. every creature was put into the cellar and each had a special place on the castle,like dee and dum who were the royal jokers.

"enjoy your delicious meal!" two soldiers stood in front of my cellar sliding a tray with a small bowl of 4 weeks old soup and a piece of hard bread,i crawled towards the tray and eat like a hungry animal,it tasted horrible indeed but i was starving "oh you are disgusting! like a pig oink,oink! piggy" a soldier said and made puking noise as they laughed,i got up and walked towards them,i grabbed the railings "Have you any idea why a raven is like a writing desk?" I smirked "oh great a riddle,i have no idea Shit head what is it" I smiled wickedly and stood quiet for a while "I HAVEN'T THE SLIGHTEST IDEA" I laughed "you're mad". soon everyone at the cellar started laughing even the March Hare "you're all mad" said a soldier. 

when they left i crawled back to the corner and sat there as tears ran down my face,when did it all go wrong?. i saw something bright from the corner of my eyes something blue flying around,i was impressed something was glowing,something was brighter than the land who was all dark and gloomy,something was happy and new. the little thing flew down towards me and it was a butterfly,it sat on my bloody hand and inspected it ...i knew what it meant "Alice..My Alice" she was alive.

Alice's POV

crying filled the room,i was exhausted,my vision was blurry due to exhaustion,i looked around trying to find the creature who i was trying to search,i saw Margaret clean the little creature then wrapped it in some fine cloth,then she walked towards me holding the creature in her arms "Alice,do you want to hold her" -- "her?" i sobbed. I nodded and extended my arms to the crying girl,Margaret placed her gently into my arms and i cried with happiness and squealed, the creature stopped crying the moment Margaret placed her in my arms,"Shes perfect" I smiled staring at her,i could not take my eyes off of her,she was perfect,her skin was pale and soft,her lips colored red,her cheeks were rossy pink and her hair...her hair was electric red...just like hatter...there was no doubt she was Hatter's daughter,the creature yawned ans stretched her arms up but her eyes did not open,she was so little,so small,so delicate,so precious.I was too focused on her that i did not wear Margaret's kids walk in."so...what her name?" Julia asked as she looked at the creature. "can i hold her?" Lisa asked and i felt something wanting to protect this creature,i didnt want no one to touch her or hold her, "whats her name" Julia asked again and I stared at the creatures face. "Cosette" -- "what does it mean?" Lisa asked "Cosette means 'Little Thing'" Margaret answered then turned back to me "thats a beautiful name Alice" she smiled. "wait,why is her hair red? when Alice's hair is blonde and Anthony's hair is Black?" asked Jimmy and i froze,ive forgotten about that "Jimmy!" James barked and pushed him off the room. 

"Im here im here!" Anthony ran in out of breath and walked towards me "i am so sorry my love" -- I held Cosette close to me and away from Anthony "sweet Jesus,its born! let me see" Anthony tried picking at the cloth but i pulled her away "what's the matter Alice why wont you let me see it?"-- "Her name is Cosette" I spoke "come on children" Margaret called her children and walked out "Her!? it's a girl you say?"-- i nodded "no! we cannot have girl! what will the people say about this? i cant let the next generation to be a girl!" Anthony slammed down his hand on the bed waking Cosette up "sh,sh its okay Cosette" I tried calming Cosette. Anthony turn my head to look at me "you better get rid of that thing" -- "NO!" i barked "Alice..." -- "get out GET OUT!!!" I screamed and his eyes widen in surprise but he obeyed and stomp out like a little kid. 

" no one is going to hurt you my little Cosette,not while im still standing,i'll make sure he does not place a paw on you...my little Cosette" I kissed her forehead
