Chapter 1

Zonnique POV

Me and the girls are in rehearsal practicing the routine for Lover Boy. For the fifth damn time. Thank God we're finally finished.

Zonnique: man I'm beat

Bahja: me too

Bre: me three. I got a craving for some Chinese. Who's hungry?

Both: me!!!

Bahja: i'll drive

We got in Bre's car and went to get our food. We paid and started eating

Bahja POV

We're sitting at our table enjoying our food. As I'm eating I get a text from Nique

Nique Nique 💙: Want to spend the night at my house?

Bahj 💖: Sure

I need to get out the house for a day or two. My sister Lourdes and her girlfriend Ciara are driving me crazy. After I finished my food I threw it away. The girls finished their food and we headed for the car. Bre pulled up to nique's house

Bre: Bahj you going with nique? Cause I'm not coming back if you change your mind. again

Bahja: yes I'm staying with nique tonight

Bre: Alright. Night lovebugs

Both: bye bre

We go inside the house and its completely empty

Bahja: where's everybody at?

Nique: they all went to Jamaica for a couple months. they left this morning

Bahja: lucky you. while you get the house to yourself I'm stuck with my sister and her girlfriend all day everyday.

Nique: aww my poor baby

i playfully punched her arm and rolled my eyes

Nique: you want to go upstairs and watch Netflix?

Bahja: yesss

I jumped on nique's back as she looked at me like I was nuts

Nique: no way. I'm not carrying your heavy ass up those stairs

Bahja: pretty pweeease? and I'm not that heavy

Nique: ugh. fine

We went upstairs and started watching witches of east end

Bre POV

I pull up to my house and go inside. My mom in the kitchen cleaning up. Looks like she already ate. These rehersals are getting longer and longer. I hate it

Bre: hey momma

Mom: hey sweetie. I already ate. I put your plate in the fridge in case you want it later

Bre: thanks mom. ill be upstairs if you need me

Mom: ok baby

I go upstairs and plop down on my bed. I turn on my favorite movie Bring it on: all or nothing. As I'm watching my movie I can't stop thinking about Bahja. I know she just went through a breakup but I really love Bahja more than anything. I'm so exhausted I fall in a deep sleep.

Zonnique POV

Me and Bahja are watching witches of west end. As we're watching the movie Baja puts her head in the crook of my neck. Damn she has a big ass head.

Nique: are you comfy cause you're hurting my neck

Bahja: yes I am. You love my big head. Don't deny it

Nique: blah blah blah

After watching about 5 episodes it's 3 in the morning and I'm tired as hell

Bahja: can I borrow some of your pj's nique?

Nique: sure. Go ahead

Bahja: thanks love

I grab my pj's and go in the bathroom to change. As I'm changing I can't stop thinking about Bahja. Yes she's my sister but I want us to be more than that. Knowing she recently went through a break up I don't want to rush anything. I'll just sit back and play cool. I leave the bathroom and climb in bed. I see Bahja staring at me.

Nique: what?

Bahja: nothing. Nothing at all

Nique: ok bighead. Go to sleep

Bahja: ok I'm going. Night Nique

Nique: night Bahj
