Dangerous Dreams
I opened the door,
there you were.

You flashed me that smile of yours
and your eyes looked into mine.
I invited you in to talk

My mind still couldn't believe you came back.
It was like an answer to my prayers,
for every night I cried
whishing you'd show up at my door.

As we talked I remembered why I fell for you but as you went to speak again the alarm went off.

The perfect world around me started falling to pieces,
I reached out for your hand but you disappeared.

When I opened my eyes I was back in my room.
And then I realized it was all a dream.
Just a dangerous dream.
