We all sat in the meeting room with irritation after being called for our next mission. "Misty. You will be sent out to aid Hidan and Kakuzu. I'm sure you can get more money faster." I sighed putting my hand on my hip. "Yes, of course. It will be done quickly." He nodded and we set out soon after.
It took some traveling before we got to the land of fire. We had already obtained the two tails and now we are out for bounty. It has been a while. Years if it may. I looked around at the forest with a slight smile. "What are you looking at bich?" My mood dropped and I glared at Hidan. "What's it to you?" Kakuzu sighed. "Enough you two. There's a good bounty this way." I nodded following him. I hide behind a tree in the distance a bit as I watched the duo fight some monks. I jumped out of the tree after they were done. "You were no help what so ever!" I sighed in annoyance at Hidan. I turned to Kakuzu after I stopped listening to Hidan rant at me. "Do you have our bounty?" He nodded and we walked off to turn it in. I stayed in the doorway to outside since they had to go through the men's room to get to the bounty place. I stood there looking at the sky. "The land has come a long way my brother. These new shinobi are quite a handful." I smiled gently at the sky thinking of my brother. I sat down in the doorway when Hidan came out. "Where's Kakuzu?" He huffed an headed outside. "He isn't done yet." I nodded and watched carefully as some ninja attacked him. I stood up and let Kakuzu run past me out onto the field. I started creating hand signs as another man did. I put two fingers next to my lips. "Fire Style, Fireball Jutsu!" I blew a fireball at the men stopping them from getting Kakuzu. I walked out glaring at them. "He isn't your opponent. He is." I pointed at Hidan and he gave me an exasperated look. "Hey! Your here too you know dam it!" I smirked at him and watched as he fought the enemy. I walked out sighing in annoyance when he got caught in a binding jutsu. I activated my sharingan and looked at the caster of the jutsu. "She's an Uchiha! Don't look at her eyes!" The man who hiding had gotten blood from shouted. I also recently learned his name was Asuma. Hiding was dragged out of his circle and got his head cut off. I walked towards him giggling. When he came to he glared at everyone. "You could help me you know!?" I just giggled and let Kakuzu deal with him. "This doesn't make any sense. How could there be another Uchiha, and female at that? I thought Sasuke was the last one besides Itachi." I glared at the boy with strange hair. "Now now, is that anyway to speak to your elders?" Their eyes widened and I yawned getting bored and watched as Kakuzu stitched Hidan's head back on. I stepped to the side and watched as Kakuzu fought the two men on the side while Hidan was going back to his circle. I ran over to the boy with strange hair. I still don't know his name. He ran at Hidan as Hidan stabbed himself. I caught the boy as he tripped and fell. All he did was cry looking at his sensei, who's name I learned is Asuma. "Hidan, your finished. We must leave before this gets any more troublesome." I put the boy down who looked at me with wide eyes. I jumped back next to Kakuzu as Hidan ran to our side. "Give me the money Kakuzu." He handed it to me as he went to go collect our next bounty. I held my hand out trying to reach him. "Dam it Kakuzu! We don't have time for this! Leave him!" We were quickly surrounded by birds and I used my Sharingan to see through them. I ran and let a small dagger slide out of my sleeve so that I could knock the sword coming at Kakuzu away. I jumped back with Kakuzu and Hidan out of the birds. We got a message from pein to come back and I sighed. "You see what you two did? You delayed us." Hidan glared at me. "If you would have helped and not just fuucking stand there, we would have even more bounty!" Kakuzu silenced us and I crossed my arms disappearing in a poof. Kakuzu and Hidan soon followed. We sat in our spots uncomfortably for a bit before getting comfortable and going into the extraction chamber.
Tanra's POV
I ran through the woods trying to reach the Leaf village when it started raining. "What is the meaning of this rain?" I ignored it as I ran. When I got to the gate the two that were always there weren't any longer. I looked around curiously. "Did something happen to the leaf?" I ran inside and jumped onto the roof running across the roof tops to the Hokage office. When I got there is threw the door open panting. "Tanra?" I ran over hugging grandpa. "Thank goodness you guys are alright. I got worried when it started raining and Kotetsu and Izumo weren't at the gate." Grandpa looked at Lady Tsunade with worry. "We sent them on a mission. There's nothing to worry about Tanra." I nodded stepping back smiling. "What brings you here Tanra?" My smile fell and I looked at the floor. "Can I stay in the leaf for a while? I need time away from the hideout." Grandpa smiled patting me on the back. "Of course you can. Your well any time Tanra." I looked at Tsunade and she nodded smiling. I jumped up with a giggle out of grandpa's arms and ran to the door. "I'm going to see Naruto. See you two later!" They waved at me as I ran off. I ran down the stairs nearly falling a few times and raced down the street. I stopped when I got to the training grounds. "Naruto!" There where many clones everywhere and he stopped what he was doing, looking my way. I waved at him smiling which he returned. He ran over pulling me into a big hug which he picked me off my feet doing. "Your back!" I nodded like an idiot smiling. "Of course I am! You don't think I would never come back did you?!" He smiled putting me down and rubbing the back of his head. "I did, just not so soon." I nodded and turned to Kakashi-sensei as he came behind Naruto. "Good to see you again Tanra." I nodded once more at him. "It's good to be back sensei!" I looked at Naruto curiously. "Can I watch you train?" He nodded running back and summing up more clones as he continued his training. I sat back with Kakashi watching him. "So what brings you back Tanra?" I sighed looking up at the raining sky. "I needed time away from papa and Sasuke. It gets boring after a while you know? I've trained so hard over the years, and all papa does is compliment and fix up Sasuke. I needed to go somewhere else. Somewhere I knew I was welcomed and would be treated equally. So I came here." Kakashi put his hand on my head giving me a closed eye smile. "Your always welcome here Tanra. I'm sure your father is just training Sasuke harder because he doesn't have to worry about you. Your already so strong." I pouted. "Ya but sensei, I want to get stronger. I can't do that if papa and I are training Sasuke all the time. I mean, I don't mind Sasuke being there." I was cut off as he spoke up. "But you would like to make progress and be given a compliment about how strong you are?" I nodded looking at the ground. "Thank you for understanding sensei. This is why I love the leaf. You guys are so understanding and caring. You all work together to do things too. Ya papa sends me and Sasuke on missions together, but you can't trust everyone there." I stood up smiling and put my hands behind my back. "I'm going to go visit Grandpa again. Thank you sensei." He nodded looking at me. "Your welcome Tanra."
A/N: I'm sorry for the very late update my lovelies. I didn't realize how many of you actually read this book. I spent much time working on my other two stories. I had decided to push this one aside as I had no interest in writing it. You guys give me my inspiration for this story so I will work on it more often. I am sorry for the big delay.
