"Allison", I could hear Sinbad's husky voice, echoing further inside my head. As I try to move my heavy body. I feel totally helpless, but somehow manage to move my eyes.

"Allison, it's time to wake up"

I opened my eyes, to see Sinbad holding my left hand. Looking right to my eyes. Then aside me was my father Vincent. How could I ever left my father like that.

"Allison, sweetheart. I'm glad your back", my father embraced me.

That day my father had been speaking of this "someone", but I refuse to talk about it. Just as I left, my father had already arranged a marriage proposal. Sinbad will become my husband- to- be.

"Allison", his voice still lingers since that day. That day, I realized everything, behind that smile and that cold warmth, he covers me with. I could still feel him, closer than before.

"Allison, wake up.", He was beautiful, no hatred, no love. Just as a mere glass, so transparent yet blurry at the same time. "Wake up, today's a new day. For both of us."

"Good morning, hope your feeling well.", a servent spoke to me. As she carefully feeds me as a bird feeds her offspring.

I stayed in bed for a week, to recover from lack of mobility. While I stayed, Sinbad never took the chance to leave me for a second. I would always remember him aside me. Sometimes we would talk, but other times the room was filled with silence. I knew he tried his best to not mention him, but the thought never left his mind.

"I will always be by your side, Allison", those last words, were just a memory. But his presence will never leave me, as he promised.

"Allison, are you listening", I turned around to see my father.

"Sorry, father."

"Lately you have been spacing out, I hope it's not~", I cut him out.

"No, not at all. Just thinking of my wedding." I saw a smile on him, and it made me wonder. How magical is to stop and just list all the details of your loved one's face. To remember that unique smile, before they leave.

"Do you remember, when I would be the one to blow those tears away"

"I'm sure you'll look beautiful, in a wedding dress. I wish your mother was here to see it."

"I wish so too", I hugged my father.

Sorry, I know this one's short too. But since I haven't been writing this story for a while, my mind takes a while to regenerate. So please be patient. Soon, I'll be good to go. Thanks for supporting!! :)
