14. The Truth Is Revealed

ARIANA'S POV

I took a small step into Justin's swimming pool and felt my body cooling down instantly. Oh how my life has changed so much in the past couple months. So much has happened and I'm just so overwhelmed at the moment. On top of that I can't stop thinking about what Justin did. He's trying to hide it and I can tell he really doesn't want to tell me. I mean I'm sure it can't be that bad.

"Babe are you gonna come in or just stand there staring into space" Justin giggled along with Jaxon.

"Umm... Y-yeah I'm coming" I replied and took another step into the pool until I reached the bottom.

"Are you okay? You seem a little zoned out" Justin stated.

"Yeah I'm fine" I replied with a fake smile. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist as he took me around the pool.

"Look juju I can swim without using floats" Jaxon called from across the pool. He's so cute, I wish I had a little brother. But I got no one except my Nona.

"Aww great job bro, you're getting so much clever each time I see you" he he took us over to Jax and I got out to go find jazmyn.

"Jazmyn where are you?" I walked inside and called out but couldn't these anything. "Jazmyn" I then made my way upstairs and called out again.

"Ariana. I'm in here help me" I could hear her crying. I walked in the bathroom and found her on the floor with a cut in her leg.

"Oh sweetie his did you manage to do this?" I asked while taking a towel and wrapping it around her leg which was bleeding non stop. There was blood all over the floor and I felt so bad knowing she's been up here while we were in the pool.

"I slipped in the floor and cut my leg on the side of the shower" she cried.

"I'll go get a bandage to wrap you up okay" I looked in Justin's bathroom for the first aid kit and found it on the top. I quickly rushed back to the bathroom and wrapped the bandage all around her leg where the cut was after wiping the blood with a wet cotton ball.

"Thank you Ari" she hugged me and wiped her tears away.

"It's okay sweetie I'm sorry we couldn't hear you and help" I said rubbing her back.

"It's okay" she smiled softly.

"Now do you think you'll be able to go swimming or no?" I asked. She had a small beautiful smile on her face.

"Yes" I picked her up and carried her all the way down to the pool.

"Woah what happened?" Justin asked as he saw the bandage around her leg. I explained the whole situation to Justin and he felt bad but Jazmyn forgived us all.

"Sweet dreams Jaxmyn" I kissed her forehead before walking out of her room and into Jaxons room. "Goodnight jax, sleep tight" I kissed his forehead then met with Justin in the hallway.

"Those kids love you already" Justin smiled and brought me into a hug.

"I love them too" I smiled to myself while resting on Justin's shoulder. "Now you gotta tell me your secret cause I'm sick of people hiding things from me" I frowned. He sighed and put his head down.

"Alright. I guess it's only fair that I tell you" he held my hand and we walked down the stairs and into the living room. "I don't know how to tell you this or how you're going to react and I'm really scared you're gonna hate me" he started. I rested my hand on his thigh and looked him in the eyes. He seemed to loosen up a but after that. "Look I'm really sorry Ari... But I.... I... I k-killed James"
