*Hello friends. I'm sorry this will probably be a later update than usual because I'm trying to make it longer. Anyways enjoy.*
As I came to the double doors I knew this was the place that Puzzle was talking about.
Above the huge double doors a metal key stood like a sign and above it were words written in beautiful Calligraphy.
'scientia sit amet' Knowledge is Key.I wondered why most of the words here were latin. I knew Latin was one of the oldest languages but I had no clue they'd transfer into different realms.
I knocked quietly on the door, the sound echoed throughout the hallway emphasizing how empty and large it really was.
The doors slowly opened by themselves with a creak.
Peering inside I became amazed.Inside those doors held a place so magical it couldn't compare to the now mediocre libraries back home. Old, leather-bound books lined the walls. Shelves among shelves of them.
Books stretching all the way to the ceiling so far that I was sure I couldn't reach even with a ladder.
Gorgeous wooden framework surrounded the books giving the whole library a sense of elegance.
I looked up to see a beautiful stain glass window letting light fill the room.
The ceiling itself was painted with an image that could rival some of the most famous artists.
The room in its entirety was huge. Bigger than any room I'd been in. There must've been thousands upon thousands of books.
Books with knowledge just waiting to be discovered.
The room smelled of old books and ink as if some were freshly written. But I knew because of where they came from this was not the case.I wondered how long these books had been here. Had there always been this many? Who had written them? And where did I begin?
As I was marveling in the aspect of a room filled to the brim with books I was unaware there was another person in the room.
Until he cleared his throat that is.
My head snapped around to see a creature behind a desk as if he was the secretary or something. He didn't look human.
I wasn't exactly sure he was a he either.
He looked older than dirt. His long neck and wrinkly skin reminding me of a dinosaur. His hair was grey and came down in long scraggly waves like a horse's main."Hello Child" He said in a low, scratchy voice.
I walked towards him, suddenly become self conscious and belittled by his size. He was bigger than Ludo. He towered over me yet seemed kind and curious just as Ludo had.
"H-hello? Who are you?"
"I am Drakas the Keeper of the Books." He boomed in a proud voice.
I raised my eyebrow, "So you are a secretary"
