He gave me a contract and it was not just a contract but a wedding contract ... to be exact te contracted said that after the baby's birth (3 months after) we will get a divorce .. if the baby is a girl I would live with the baby but he would come to see the baby when he wants if the baby is a boy he would raise the baby and I can come whenever I want .. I was really shocked at first by this contract but I know we dont have a lot of options as we already knew we would not stay forever together...
Me: Do you think.. its really necessary ?
Siwon: OF COURSE! My lawyer is already aware of our mariage this way later we wont have any problem!
Me: But why would you raise the baby if its a boy and not a girl?
Siwon: Dont take me wrong I absolutely dont care about the baby's sex all i care is about the baby's health and you .. but if the baby is girl the law allow only the mother to raise the daughter as a daughter demands a lot of attention
Me: I see.. but what if the baby is a girl and I go back to france?
Siwon: Its not really a problem I would come to see Our baby everytime im free and As pair our contract I would give you a house in a seoul and would give you money every months for the baby
Me: NO its okay .. i dont need a house , money or anything just you can come. Whenever you want and if the baby is a boy I would come everyday
