Melody's POV

I sat at a bench at the airport, waiting for someone to get me. Washington would get boring real quick! Rain poured outside the windows, and the gloomy atmosphere never showed as much as that moment. People came in and out, while i was just tired. Switching from 3 am to 12 am wasn't easy at first.

Soon a group of people ran inside laughing, and i recognized them.

"Oi! Kipz, Amaya, Cloud, Gabby, Tyler, Margret TYLER!!" I shouted. They looked my way, and rushed me.

"Oh my god you've grown so much!!" they gasped.

"I'm only fourteen." i said. They attacked me with hugs and smiles, then took me to the car. It was a blue minivan, owned by Tyler.

"Come on, you'll be excited to see the house! It'll be fun!" Amaya exclaimed. I smiled and nodded with every mention of the house on the way.

When we arrived, my eyes widened at the sight. It was a three story purple painted house, with a small garage we parked the car in. They hopped out and ran inside, Gabby and Amaya staying to get my luggage. We picked up the three bags and brought them inside.

"Welcome to the Creature home." Gabby said with a grin. Inside was even bigger then the outside, where the living room was next to us, and the kitchen separated by a wall with a long rectangle hole in the wall. There were stairs leading to the bedrooms.

"Why is it called the Creature home?" i asked. They tensed around me.

"No real reason." Amaya said briskly. I shrugged and they led me to the second floor and the third door to my right.

"This is your room." Gabby said. It was painted dark blue and purple, my favorite colors. A bed with Death Note sheets sat next to the window, which showed the front lawn. A bookshelf stood on the opposite wall of the bed, a dresser next to it. I smiled.

"I love it. Thank you." i said. They smiled.

"Well, we'll leave you to unpacking. When your done, Cloud and Taylor made pizza!" they ran down the stairs, and thumping told me someone fell. I laughed and stacked my books in the bookshelf.

'Kira Kira, Warriors series, Anime novels! Yep everything is here!' I thought to myself. The bookshelf was only halfway full then, telling me i needed more books. I went to the dresser, putting socks and "other things" in the top drawer, normal shirts in the next, then pj shirts, pants and pj pants.

"MELODY! GET DOWN HERE FOR PIZZA!!!" Tyler shouted.

"SHUT UP FUCKTARD!" i shouted back, then ran down the stairs. Everyone sat in the living room on chairs and couches. I bounced onto a chair and was handed pizza. We smashed while Tyler and Taylor played Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Taylor won and screamed in Tyler's face. But they hugged and made up.

"Well, i didn't know you two became a item." i said with a smile.

"Yep! And Tyler needs some relationship help, bro!" Amaya yelled. We laughed.

"Well, who want to play now?" Taylor waved the controller around. Kipz and Cloud raised their hand.

"I'm SO going to beat you!!" Kipz gloated.

"We'll see." Cloud said. It was a tight match, with Kipz and Cloud pulling ahead every moment they had. When the time was almost up, the score was tied. It all mattered on one more k.o.

"Go Cloud!!" Margret shouted.

"Kipz!!" Gabby yelled. The others were silent, but anticipating. Suddenly, a huge white hand came out of nowhere and smashed both of them. Our eyes widened, and the screen showed the hand as the winner.

"PLAYER THREE WINS!" it shouted.

"Player three?!" we exclaimed. Looking over, Amaya held the controller in her hand.

"I'm the best at Mortal Combat, too." she smiled. We laughed and switched to Mortal Combat, testing her skills.

She was right.
