Cory: revolutionary war! It is a very good thing to learn in history. Let's talk about Benedict Arnold. What happened with him
Farkle: he was a traitor who was a British solider and then pretended to be an American
Cory: correct! Think about this kids, when Benedict mysteriously disappeared from the British, they didn't know that he was going to get information from the Americans
Farkle: I have liked Maya since the first grade and I know her. She would never be a traitor. I'm worried about her. She could be in danger
Smakle: FINE FARKLE! IF YOUR HARMONIES WANT TO REALSE THAT ENERGY AND YOUR BRAIN WANTS SOMETHING ELSE TO LIKE FOR YOUR NERONS! FINE! I CAN MOVE ON
Farkle: what are you talking about
Smackle: I know you like Maya
Farkle: Smackle! You know that I hold you above Maya
Smackle: I don't believe that. We would have this conversation for years. Follow your brain cells
Lucas: it just doesn't sound right
Smackle: shut up cutie!
Smackle runs away crying
Cory: it's funny because Benedict Arnold was a traitor...
Farkle: I don't want to hear about him. I just was worried about Maya
Frey: can I talk now. You guys are so obsessed with Smackle and Benedict Arnold that you guys aren't making any effort to save Maya. Your just talking about her and not doing anything
Farkle: what do you want to do
Frey: well, I say that we send a search party all over Manhattan. It's probably better to look downtown because she probably ran away
Riley: peaches would never run away she wouldn't run away from me. I'm lightning, I can't strike without thunder...
Farkle: actually, thunder can sound without...
Riley: not now Farkle! I just lost my best friend. We have to find her. I don't think I'm ready to leave her
Lucas: let's do Freys idea
Riley: I just don't believe that Maya would leave me
Frey: she wasn't leaving you. She was leaving something else that was bothering her. If she misses you, she will be back soon
Riley: she hasn't responded to my texts. She would at least text me
Lucas: don't worry Riley, she's going to be back
Meanwhile, Maya is the subway
Maya: I guess this is my new life now. I'm a fugitive. I'm not facing poverty again. I don't want to be poor. And I don't want to go to school
Then, a man comes up to her
Man: hey, i have a lot of money and I live in a penthouse. My family left me but I'm rich
Maya: why are you suddenly telling me this
Man: allow me to introduce myself. I'm Bertram and I can tell your running away from a poverty home and school
Maya: how did you know
Bertram: I heard you talk to yourself
Maya: I didn't even know I was
Bertram: well, how about you move in with me. Your cute enough to be my girl
Maya tries to run away but the man grabs her
Maya: LET ME GO!
Bertram: DONT LEAVE ME! (Cries) my family left me. My 3 kids went to this camp Kikiwaka that turned into a boarding school, my other kid is in military school, and their nanny went to California to become an actress. I have no one but my downstairs neighbor who likes me
Maya: GET AWAY FROM ME OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE
Bertram: BUT IM ALL ALONE! IM SINGLE AND I DONT HAVE A FAMILY! PLEASE, YOUR POOR AND YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY! IM A TOP NOTCH CHEF! WE HAVE A HUGE PENTHOUSE, YOU CAN BE RICH!
Maya: that's all I ever wanted, money. Honestly, I'm going to sleep on a park bench and get kidnapped anyways so I might as well be rich
Bertram: good, a limo is waiting outside
Then, Maya and Bertram went into the limo and it went to the upper-west side of New York (sound familiar? 😂)
Next scene, bay window
Riley is crying at the bay window, hoping for a miracle
Then, Farkle and Lucas come in
Farkle: hey Riley
Riley: oh hi
Lucas: so, I see your at the bay window
Riley: yeah, I remember when Maya would sit here. We would solve so many problems together. I was thunder, she was lightning
Farkle: I remember I liked her since the first grade, now she's gone
Lucas: she always wanted to call me ranger rick
Riley: Maya was special. She was so loyal
Farkle: well, i deliver bad news
Riley: what's wrong?
Farkle: I saw Maya peeking through a car window and I think she was being kidnapped
Lucas: did you get the license plate number
Farkle: no but she's gone. Who knows where that limo could have went
Authors note: I'm going to turn this into a book. This story is going to get really sad and there will be drama and romance. I'm just not feeling the script format. Also, I know it's awful right now but next chapter will be better
