<Travis's P.O.V>
I walked into the Boy's Bathroom to see Zane on the floor with two boys standing over them. I didn't recognize the other one but I knew exactly who the other dude was.
Balto.
Normally when I see people getting bullied I try to stay out of it...but when I saw them messing with Zane...I did something i never thought I'd ever do.
"H-Hey!! What are you doing?! Why don't you pick on someone your own size for once Balto!"
Balto and his friend turned around.
Balto smiled and his friend laughed.
"Awe...Zane your boyfriend is here to save you. I'll leave you two faggots alone, don't wanna be a burden." Balto and his friend laughed, they walked passed me and shoved me, Once they were both gone I walked over to Zane and held out my hand to help him up. He hesitated at first but then let me help him.
"Thanks for helping me...Not many people do."
"N-no Problem...so what did they want from you anyway..?"
"My journal...I'm not sure why."
"O-o-oh...so what do you write in that journal anyway..?"
"Nothing important, I got to go."
Zane walked past me. I turned around and grabbed his hand.
We stood there for a couple seconds.
I felt my face heat up. I bet my cheeks were redder than a tomato.
Zane turned to me. Still holding my hand. Strange...I expected him to pull away but he didn't. He held on.
"What?"
"W-would you like to sit with my friends and I at lunch l-later?"
"I-...I'd like to but...I can't. Sorry."
Zane pulled his hand away walked out of the Boy's Bathroom.
......I don't wanna steal his Journal.....
I care about him too much to hurt him....
I walked out of the bathroom to find Gene.
"Did you get the Journal?"
"No...I'm sorry."
"Travis I really don't wanna tell the entire school. But if you don't get me that journal in a month... I'm gonna have to.."
"Gene! Please don't..."
Gene pushed me against a locker and got close to my face.
"Get me the journal. And we won't have any problems."
Gene let me go and walked off.
