The day after my conversation with Elliot I went to see Addie and had the cervical cap removed and I got the all clear to try and get pregnant again.

And we did try. It was only 6 weeks after that conversation that I was once again staring down at a positive pregnancy test, but this time was so much different. Elliot was holding my hand when we found out. We're married this time around. And we were trying for a baby.

I was so nervous that something would be wrong with this baby. But Addie soothed my every fear. And the first ultrasound was perfect. As was the second and third and so on. My pregnancy was easy.

We decided this time not to find out if it was a boy or a girl. And I loved it. I loved being pregnant. I loved feeling the baby's little kicks.

I went into labor the day before my due date. We thought for a second that the baby was going to be born on it's due date. But at 11:57 PM we welcomed a beautiful baby boy into our family.

Elliot Charlie Stabler. My sweet baby boy. We call him Eli. And he's absolutely perfect.

He has curly brown hair and bright blue eyes. He's amazing. Everything we ever hoped for.

He's such a boy, he loves to play in the mud with his trucks. And Elliot it's so absolutely in love with him. He's an even better father than I could have imagined. Watching them together is almost mesmerizing. The bond they have, the love that they share. Eli is his pride and joy and he sure loves his Dad.

And now he's 2 and a half. We have a perfect little family. And our perfect family is about to get a little bit bigger.

I found out yesterday. I wanted to surprise Elliot but I had no idea how. And then I had the best idea.

I was walking with Eli in Manhattan after having lunch with Casey and we passed a shop with children's clothes in the window display. One of the t-shirts had the words "Worlds Best Big Brother" printed on the front of it.

Elliot was in court all day today but he was supposed to be home any minute. Eli was wearing the little shirt and playing with his cars on the floor while I cooked dinner.

I hear the front door open and my heart skips a beat.

"I'm home, babe." He says, shutting the door and walking into the kitchen.

He wraps his arms around my waist from behind.

"Smells great..." He says kissing my temple. "I missed you today."

I turn around, wrapping my arms around his neck and he pulls me into a kiss.

"I missed you too." I say, kissing him again.

"Eli awake?" He asks.

I nod my head and he walks into living room.

"Hey there, sharpshooter!" He says as Eli runs at him.

"Daddy!" Eli yells.

He wraps his tiny arms around Elliot before running back to his cars and trucks.

"What's your shirt say there, buddy?" Elliot asks, picking him up.

Eli doesn't even look up from the car in his hands.

"World's Best Big Brother." He reads out loud.

He looks from Eli's t-shirt up at me.

"Liv?" He asks, "Are you?..."

I nod my head and the biggest smile spreads across his face.

He pulls me into a hug, kissing my forehead.

"I can't believe it." He says, "You're pregnant. We're having another baby."

I lean up to kiss him as Eli reaches for me.

"Eli, you're gonna be a big brother!" Elliot says happily.

Eli looks confused and we both laugh.

"Mama's having a baby." He says.

Eli cocks his head to the side.

"Baby?" He asks. "Where?"

"It's right here in my belly." I say as he looks between us.

"I have a baby in my belly?" He asks worriedly.

Elliot and I both laugh.

"No, buddy." Elliot says with a smile, "Just Mom."

The grin has not left Elliot's face since he found out.

We eat dinner all together before we give Eli a bath.

"You ready to do this all over again?" Elliot asks, running his hand through Eli's wet curls.

"Yeah, I just can't believe it's really happening." I say.

"I can't wait." He says as I lift Eli out of the bath. "Do you want to find out this time?"

"I think we should." I say, "But I have a feeling it's a girl."

I get Eli into his pajamas quickly.

"I think we've got another boy in there..." Elliot says, touching his hand to my still flat stomach.

I shake my head and he smiles.

Elliot takes Eli from me and carried him to our bed.

Elliot and I take turns reading to him until he falls asleep.

"I'll take him..." I say, scooping the little boy up in my arms.

I can feel Elliot's eyes on my ass as I walk down the hallway.

I lay Eli in his little toddler bed and tuck him.

As soon as I get back into our bedroom I take off my clothes, slipping on one of Elliot's worn t-shirts and crawl into bed with my husband.

"Another baby..." He whispers softly. "It feels like only yesterday that you were still in the hospital, cradling our brand new baby boy in your arms while we tried to figure out what to name him..."

Elliot wraps his arms around me, his hand and fingers splayed over my stomach.

"I can't wait to do it all over again..." I say quietly.

He kisses the top of my head and I smile.

"I can't wait to meet our baby girl." I say quietly.

"It's so a boy. I can tell." He says.

"Are we going to be having this argument for the next 10 weeks?" I ask with a slight laugh.

"Oh totally." He says, "Unless you come to your senses and realize that it is totally a boy."

I roll my eyes and he laughs.

"I love you, Elliot." I say quietly.

"I love you too..." He whispers, "And I love you too baby boy..."
