These four emotions,
Sure, they are words
But they also bring more
Than what's on the surface
Look behind these 'words.'
And there is everything you don't understand
If you have felt such dark thoughts
And all these emotions at the same time
You may be tempted to draw on yourself
With a knife
And just watch the pained paint run down
Like water colours
If you should ever cross a place
Of such destruction
It will be nearly impossible
To escape alive
To many of us have gone to this place of dark thoughts
Few make it out alive
The only way, that you will have any chance of getting out
Is if you find that one reason
That one thought
One person
That one, simple, perfect excuse
To make it out
That one thing you say
To that one person
Could be one the one thing
That saves them
Or it could be the very thing that kills them
Could you live with burden
Or that peace of mind
That says when you look at that one tormented person
"Wow, are they really still here because of that one thing?"
If you go down this dark road
And you have the chance to turn around
Then for your sake and everyone around you
Fucking turn and run.
