A/N So I was going to try and update both of my stories today. But I got sort of stuck in a Loki rut and I couldnt get into the new chapter of my Captain America fanfic.... so here is another chapter of this story! I admit there is a ton of fluff at a certain point in this chapter and it is just amazing!

Loki sat on the throne in Asgard disguised as his father Odin. He had yet to decide how much longer he would keep up this silly charade, but he figured the longer he waited the better. He had also found out over the last few months that being a king was horrifyingly boring. He knew it wasn’t the highlight of adventure, but he had no idea it was this droll.

He sat slumped in his throne, the throne he had fought so hard for and gone through so much pain to attain, as the doors to the throne room started to swing open, he quickly sat up and tried to look kingly, which got harder and harder every day, it was just so boring looking kingly.

Things got slightly less boring however when the doors were fully opened and Heimdal stepped into the throne room. He walked quickly towards the throne and when he reached the foot of it he bowed low. “My Lord Odin, I have news.” He said with his head still bowed.

“Rise and tell me quickly Heimdal.” Loki responded and Heimdal inclined his head and then rose off of his knee and to his full height.

“My Lord, I have been keeping watch over the nine realms, and recently something has happened on Midgard…” Heimdal said and then stopped as if he were trying to find the best way to say something.

“What has happened on Midgard?” Loki said suddenly very concerned and definitely no longer bored.

“My Lord, the Lady Sigyn has returned and is demanding that she be allowed to exact her revenge.” As soon as Loki heard the name Sigyn he froze. Heimdal finished speaking and stood waiting for the man he believed to be his King Odin to respond. “My Lord are you alright?” He asked after a moment and Loki stared him dead in the eye.

“You are positive that this woman is Sigyn?”

    “I am positive my King.”

“Show me immediately.” Loki said rising from his throne and Heimdal nodded his head once before leading the way out of the throne room. They walked quickly down the corridors of the palace and down the rainbow bridge to the Bifrost. When they had arrived Heimdal powered up the Bifrost and Loki soon found himself looking down on Midgard.

It looked virtually the same since the last time he had laid eyes on that desert in New Mexico, only now there was a very familiar leather clad figure sitting in the middle of it. As if Heimdal knew what he was thinking the image moved in closer and the figure became clear.

Loki did his best to stifle his gasp of surprise as he looked at the love of his life standing there as big as life, as if she hadn’t been gone the last 500 years. She looked virtually the same standing there, she was even  wearing the same clothes he had met her in, at least they looked the same. As the image faded out again Loki turned away from it and looked at Heimdal.

“Keep close watch on Midgard, I want to know everything that happens there and everything Sigyn says.” He said and only half heard Heimdal give his answer as he left the Bifrost as fast as he could. As soon as he was away from the prying eyes of anyone he teleported himself back to his room. As soon as he had arrived he dropped his disguise and fell to his knees screaming.

Loki continued to scream until his voice faded out and then he dropped his head into his hands. She was gone, he thought to himself, she left me she was never coming back. It had taken him forever to get over it, to try his best to move on, and now she was back, she just came running back into his life.
