A lone wolf pup was searching for a meal in the forest. It dug it's nose into the ground sniffing out anything that it could eat, it's ears perked up as it heard a rustling of leaves ahead, it took an offensive posture with it hind legs bent to allow it with burst of speed if necessary, it's maw was set in a fierce growl showing it's still growing teeth which nonetheless looked fierce and added to the scar that ran up its maw and over it left eye only seemed to add to the little pups scary visage.

As the unknown came closer the pup picked up a familiar scent and almost instantly it's posture change from a fierce predator to that of an innocent little pup as it sat on its hunches. This was the sight a young man who looked around the age of 17 came across as he walked over the bushes in his path "Hey there Ace you seem to be looking healthier" the young man spoke in a happy tone with only the slightest bit of sorrow hinted in his voice as he walked closer and bent down to stare at the innocent grey eyes of the young pup and proceeded to pet the now named Ace's head resulting in an approving growl from the young wolf.

The young man stood up to survey the surrounding area showing his impressive height at 5'8 , as he stood up he allowed his hands to pat down any frills on his black sleeveless t-shirt which displayed his lean yet muscular build to anyone who saw him, before pulling out his cellphone from his equally black cargo pants that ended at his blue running shoes. He checked the time as Ace came up next to him and stood at attention. The young man saw a message from his father and sighed while running a hand through his dark locks that seemed to have a slight red tint to it. He read the message stating that his father seemed to want to talk to him, he went through his contacts before dialing his father's number and waited as the phone rang "Alex?" he rolled his eyes at his father "Do you not check who calls before you answer dad?" he heard his father hum on the other end "Nope" he sighed at his father's childish attitude "I've been sighing alot lately" "Alex I need to come home earlier from your morning jog something's come up at work and I need you to look after grandpa" he felt Ace rub himself up against his leg as he absentmindedly gave a hum of approval at the young pups adoration towards him while unknowingly giving his father confirmation. He heard the line shut off figuring his dad was getting done to get ready for work as he placed his phone once again in his pocket before bending down to pick the young pup up "Time for us to head home little guy" but all he got in response from the pup was a tilt of the head which in his opinion looked really cute, not that he'd ever say that out loud though, he proceeded on his way back to his car before heading home all the while not noticing the pair of yellow eyes that watched him.

As Alex rode up in his driveway he noticed his father's car had left meaning it was just his grandfather in the house so after letting Ace into the backyard he entered through the back door before announcing his arrival "Hey old man I'm here!! I hope you didn't do anything crazy.." he trailed off seeing his grandfather standing in a cloak that made him look reminiscent to Obi-wan all he did was sigh "Really gramps? What's with the getup" he gestured to his grandfather's cloak meanwhile his grandfather remainded stoic before uttering a sentence that unknowingly changed his life "You my boy shall continue my legacy as a jedi"
