Chapter 6 "New Plan"

2.5 miles within our expedition to our rescue, a female voice came on our radio. We both stopped dead in our tracks when we heard the chilling words ring out. "ABORT PLAN! ABORT PLAN! PICK UP ZONE HAZARDOUS! I REPEAT PICK UP ZONE HAZARDOUS!" said a voice on our little radio. "This is FBI agent Ching Magellan, what is the situation?" Said Ching. "The Anchorage military base had connecting tunnels leading to different missile hangars, containing live nuclear bombs. The explosion from the missile in the main base set off all of the other ones in the other hangars." Said the female. "WHAT! The missile exploded?" Asked Ching. "Yeah, thats what caused half of Alaska to be come radioactive. You didn't know that?" Replied the female. "From where I stand, I believe I don't know a lot of things. So what are we going to do now?" Ching asked. "Well, we don't have a new plan quite yet bu-" "YOU DON'T HAVE A PLAN YET? WHAT KIND OF ORGANIZATION ARE YOU APART OF!!!!!" Shouted Ching. "Mr. Magellan, we have the entire working armies all around the world trying to get to you and Mr.Brown. So please calm down and listen to me." It took Ching a few minutes but he finally calmed down. "Ok, the objective right now is to get you and Mr. Brown out of Alaska." "No duh." Said Ching. "Let me finish without your rude comments! We have 5 days to get you out of there. Wait more, and your 70 million dollar helmets won't last through the radiation. You still have them on right?" Said the female. "Yeah we do." Replied Ching. "Good. Now you need to choose between plan A or plan B. Plan A, we send over a helicopter to pick you up, but we tried to send one in already, and it crashed. Now, plan B, you and Miles walk the 5 day long journey to the sea shore where we pick you up by boat. If you need more time to plan we will give you 1 hour to decide." Said the female.

"Well, what do you think Miles? Do you think plan A or B?" Asked Ching. "I don't know yet." I replied. "Yeah, give us that one hour you were talking about." Said Ching to the female. "Alright, starting now." Replied the radio operator.
