Chapter 5: School

"Your my sister, why should I not bring flowers?" Kuro asked, standing up. "Well, no one took care for my grave," I said, crossing my arms. "I'm sure that he's happy that your alive," Mahiro said, sitting down beside me. "I hope so," I mumbled. "Are you hearing yourself? Your my sister, of course I'm happy that your alive," Kuro shouted. My eyes widened, as I stood up. I slowly walked towards him. He gripped my waist, dragging me into his lap. He hugged me, and I could feel something wet on my shoulder. 

"Don't ever say that I never missed you," He mumbled, gripping me closer. "I'm sorry Kuro," I mumbled, hugging him back. He rubbed my back, calming me down. I really missed my brothers, and most Kuro. He was the one I could talk to. "I'm sorry," I said again, shaking my head. "You don't need to apologize," Kuro said. Azuna walked into the room, rubbing her eyes. "What happened?" She asked. Mahiro led her to a chair and gave her food.

"What happened?" She asked, but Mahiro shook his head. I staid in the hug for a long time, and I think I fell asleep. Kuro laid down, with me beside him, and fell asleep.

~Third pov~

"They're so cute," Azuna whispered to Mahiro, who nodded. "How are you feeling?" Mahiro asked, sitting down beside her. "I'm feeling great," Azuna smiled. "No, I mean about becoming an eve," Mahiro said, taking her hands in his. "I don't know, I'm so confused," Azuna said, mostly to herself. "How did you find her?" Mahiro asked, as Azuna looked up at him. "I found her alone, and she looked tired and alone," Azuna explained. 

"I told her that she could stay with me and Kuro," Mahiro whispered. "Do you know her?" Azuna asked, holding her wrist. "Yeah, I met her at the grave," Mahiro explained. Azuna nodded, as she knew Mahiro from school. "How did you meet Kuro?" Azuna asked, shuffling at her place. "I met him in a ally, I took him home," Mahiro explained. 

Azuna stood up, holding her arm. "I think I'll go to sleep," She said, before almost running to her room. Mahiro understood her situation, and let her run to her room. He fell asleep, with his head on the table, in his arms.

I felt arms around me, and I felt warm. I opened my eyes, and I saw blue. "Hmm," I hummed, looking up to meet Kuros face. I poked him several times, until he opened one eye. "Can you please stop doing that?" I asked, in his normal bored tone. "No," I said, laughed. He gripped my arm, moving it away from his face. 

"Ah, your awake," Mahiro smiled, packing his bag. "Kuro, we need to get home," Mahiro added. Kuro gowned, pulling me closer. "But what if I don't want to?" He asked, burring his head in my hair. "He need to get to school," Mahiro explained, before waking Azuna. I didn't want to wake up, so I just closed my eyes again. Kuro didn't want to wake up either, so he pulled me on top of him.

"(Y/n), we can follow them to their house," Azuna said, rubbing her eye. I nodded, before transforming into my animal from. Kuro stroked my fur on top of my head. "Come on, or we'll be late," Mahiro groaned. Kuro stood up, taking me with him. He held me in his arms, never stopping petting me. I actually fell asleep again, smiling. 

"(Y/n), wake up," Kuro said, as I transformed into my human from. I saw red all around me, and Tsubaki stood in front of us. "Well hello again," He said, smirking. "What do you want this time?" Mahiro complained. Tsubaki smirked, before pointing at me. "Her,"
