The one thing I really hate doing is unpacking.

Grabbing two of the suitcases, I snuck a glance over at Bethany. She still seemed caught up in texting someone so I decided not to bother making a conversation with her. I unpacked the suitcase with my toiletries (yes mom, I didn't forget to bring nail polish remover and tampons) first, all of my stuff only barely beginning to clutter my cherry coloured dresser.

"Khloe. There's a party down at Jared's Newman's frat house. Starts at 8:30 and you're going." Bethany filed her nails, focusing on her pinky nail precisely.

I'm not much for parties. I'm more of that girl who drinks coffee and reads books. I'd rather watch an episode of Glee than go to a party. Besides, I couldn't let this girl influence me. "Ohhh....umm..well..I don't really go to parties and I don't want to go"

Bethany started laughing. "Don't be a wimp! If you think this party is a big one, think of the Halloween parties!"

I couldn't even imagine what the Halloween parties would be like. "Bethany, I just want to settle in here for a day"

"Oh please. You've got plenty of days to do that. Besides, I need someone to go with me" Bethany glanced up from her nail filing to look at me.

"It'll be fun, I promise"
