Alison climbed into her 2016 silver Subaru parked in her small, penthouse style apartment complex in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was currently a student at the University there, majoring in doctoring. Specifically a nurse but she wasn't even sure herself what she wanted to be.. Well she did. She knew. She just wanted to be happy. Just truely happy. Even if that required giving up a good paying job, if she hated it. She was a firm believer in self respect and happiness. But that must've been to hard to ask for.. she hadn't found anyone. She was very beautiful too, she had long blond curly hair, a perfect curved body and lovely cream colored skin. Not that she was actually looking for anyone though. Because they always seemed to find her. And She knew she could score a man with her striking looks and loveable personality, it's just... She wasn't sure that's what she even wanted, either. To have to fake love, even if he was a stud with a million. That's not happiness, and that's one of the many reasons she was scared to get in a serious relationship. Not that she hadn't had a few hit and runs she enjoyed. Not to mention the very hot PU college boy she was talking to now, but it wasn't real. He was very good looking, and he would've satisfied many girls. Actually he would've done way more than satisfy.. but not for Ali. She was scared. She had been in something before, serious, as in... she was in love once. She was very happy. And you know what that did to her? Broke her. Broke her heart. Broke her trust. Broke her self esteem. He'd cheated, and she thought she would never forget. It still hurts but she's slowly picking herself back up. Now? She just knew she wanted that one thing: happiness. She craved it. All the time. She was never happy anymore. She just felt like a robot. A beautiful one at that, but she didn't always feel as pretty as she was. Not after the past. All she felt she was was a school, popular-everyone-knew-and-every-guy-wished-he-knew-a-little-more type of girl. I mean, how could you not? She woke, studied, went to school, studied there, went home, studied, ate, studied, and went to bed. Now how was that a life for anyone? Especially one with hopes as hers. *BOOM* *CLICK* [the sound of my heart, the beat goes on and on...] She sighed. Her car radio must've turned on while she was deep in her thoughts. She started the engine, lifelessly as she drove to Rosewood, a tiny suburb outside of Pennsylvania. Anyone who lived in Pennsylvania knew better than to go there, but Alison? She was different. She enjoyed the fresh smell of flowers and vacant parking lots. But Emily, whom Alison is yet to meet, hated it. She craved more. She needed more. She'd lived there her whole life. She was waiting to get money to try to leave the place! Actually Pennsylvania entirely for whom she had nothing there anymore but lost and forgotten dreams. And heart breaks.. just like Ali. And another thing she had in common with Ali? She was about to meet the love of HER life.*Vroom vroom* And so on Alison went, to Rosewood coffee shop, unaware that her life was about to change forever. She smiled as she saw the Rosewood sign ahead and kept driving. She was about to be even happier...
The end! (Of chapter 1😂😛) what did you think? Leave a comment letting me know! Yes I know this was long (+boring) and only Alison's POV but next it might be either Emily's or both. Plus I won't have to do so much introduction things 🙄 lol tho, Who knows? 😏 If I get enough reads I will hopefully publish the next chapter next week! Thanks again. Ily, xox💓
