Chapter Seven

Serephina's POV

I am leading my way to school. I want to cover my face. Is there something on it that's why they look at me like that?

I tried to look at the girl looking at me but I realized, it's a death glare. What did I do?

"The fame whore came." I heard a girl said.

"The plastic came." Said a girl while grinning at me. This is normal but, I feel there's something new.

When I entered my room, I breathed heavily. I treat my classroom as my home here at school. They all stopped and look at me.

"W-what?" Althea went near me.

"There's a rumor. You and Rage were kissing!" She whispered.

"What?! We're not!"

"And they also said, torridly!"

"The heck?! Who said that?!"

"I don't know. But they say, they have a big evidence."

"Big? Tss. I'll give them a big slap. But wait, where's Priya?"

"I don't know. Serephina, I think you must be ready now to defense yourself! We support you Serephina. We're here!" Jessie cheered up.

"Thank you. But I won't mind them. They're just making a story telling a lie."

"Yeah yeah yeah. We trust on you."

We all both looked at the door when Rage came. He only seated at his chair normally. He doesn't know anything, I think.

"What?" He asked me when he realized I'm looking at him all the time. I just rolled my eyes and also sat normally.

Recess time. I think Priya is absent. No, she's really absent What happened to her? I can't help but to think of her. Ifeel lonely.

"Hi Serephina!" I looked at Christian who called me with his friends.

"Hello." And I smiled back. I saw some girls watched me and became irritated.

I'm not eating or doing anything when someone sat beside me.

"Why are you lonely? Where's Priya?" It's Grey.

"She's absent. I don't know what happened to her, but I hope she's alright."

"You must not be lonely. Doesn't suit you. Yah! Come with us!"

"W-wait--" but he already pulled me.

"Hello Serephina!" Again, Christian greeted.

"Hi?"

"This is Christian, my friend."

"Uh--"

"While my name is, Grey."

"Ahh, you d--"

"And this is Nathan." I looked at Nathan he called and he really looks like Jungkook! Now, he's my crush! Secret crush.

"Ahm, seriously, I already know every one of you."

"Hehe. I know also. I just want to say something."

"So how 'bout you? What's your name?"

"Why aren't you introducing me that guy?" I asked Grey when I saw a guy sitting beside them but is looking behind.

"Oh, you know him already."

"Eh?"

"Hey, look in front." Grey said and pulled his headset. And the guy looked in front.

"Rage?!"

"Se-se-serephina."

"I knew it! I don't have to introduce you to him. Now, you tell us your name."

"Obviously, Sere--"

"Real name." Eh? Okay.

"Rayna Serephina Peterson."

"W-what?" I looked at Jungk-- Nathan who asked me, confusedly with a shocked face.

"Rayna Serephina Peterson." I answered again.

"A-again?" What's with him?

"RAYNA--"

"Woah! Last name!" He suggested.

"PETERSON!"

"Holy crap!"

"What? What's with Serephina's surname?" Rage asked.

"N-nothing. It's just, mine is Petersan."

"Oooh, I know, I know. Haha." I said.

Nathan's POV

I was shocked when I knew she is Peterson's daughter!

I don't really want him to be my mother's husband, and then
I knew this!

"Mom!"

"Yes, son?"

"Where's Peterson?"

"I already told you, give him some respect!"

"Why would I? I hate him though."

"Stop, he's going here now with her daughter so you better get yourself ready!"

"What?! I just invited my friend to go here to meet you!"

"Alright. That's very okay."

"No!"

"Yes."

"Argh!" I just went upstair ps to my room frustrated.

Arghhh. Argh, argh argh!

I prepared my self with my brows curved. I really hate this!

*ding dong*

My frustrated face suddenly became panicked when I hear the door bell.

"Oh come on!"

"Hello Auntie!" Argh! It was my friends!

"Auntieee! Do you have something for us?"

"Yes, I have many chocolates for the two of you."

"Yes! I already knew it!"

I went back downstairs and saw them chitchatting.

"Where's Rage?"

"We don't know." They both answered.

"Aww. I want to meet him also."mom said.

"Next time auntie!"

*ding dong*

"Oh! That's already him!" Mommy screamed and immediately went to the door.

"Who's him, Nathan?" Christian asked.

"My, step dad."

"You have step dad?!" Grey asked.

"Yeah, just yesterday."

"Woah! Haha. Congrats. Is he alright?"

"No, I hate him."

"Ow, what will you do?"

"But I like her daughter."

"Ohh. I thought it's only Serephina huh?" Grey asked but I didn't answered.

"Hello son!" I secretly rolled my eyes and replied to his hug. But , I saw, Serephina's face. Face full of shock.

"Are they your friend?" He asked me.

"Yes, this is Christian, and Grey."

"Oh nice meeting you two. Well, here's my daughter, Rayna."

I saw Serephina, Christian, and Grey's face with only one reaction. Surprised.

"N-nathan?" Serephina asked and I smiled at her.

"You two know each other! Better!"
