It was just another ordinary day for you. As you were at home eating a bag of chips, you keep wondering if having a relationship is even worth it right now. About five months ago your boyfriend cheated on you with your best friend. Not only did you lose your boyfriend you lost your best friend as well, which led you to be distant towards everyone around you. As you were so lost in your thoughts you suddenly hear the noise of a truck. You go towards your window to check out what the noise is. You see a moving truck along with a boy and his family. The boy looked about your age. He had brown hair and you couldn't clearly see his face. He then looks up at your direction and you duck your head so he wouldn't see you. You hear the door close and you were back at your feet. You then hear your mom calling you. 

"Y/n, come over here and help me cook," you hear your mom yell as you head downstairs. 

"Mom have you seen the new neighbors yet?" you ask your mom. 

"I talked to them when I was throwing out my trash. They are really nice people. They have a boy that is about your age. I hope you will try to be friends with him," your mom says. 

"Mom, you know I have trust issues!" you say. 

"I know but you just hung out with the wrong crowd. Not everyone is like that y/n. Anyways we're going to bake brownies and then we'll head over to their house and introduce ourselves," your mom says. 

"Yes mom," you say as you sigh. Great I have to talk to people. Isn't that great! 

Once you and your mom were done with cooking you take a shower. After showering you blow dried your hair and choose what outfit you wanted to wear. You chose a simple dress. You and your mom then head out with food in your hands and knock on the door. You see a middle age woman open the door. 

"Hello, I'm y/n and this is my mom. We wanted to you welcome you to the neighborhood," you say uninterested. 

"Hello. It's so nice to meet you. I'm Lim Mi Sun. Why don't you come in. I hate to make you wait in the cold," Mrs.Lim says as you and your mother walk in. When you walk in you see a middle aged man who you assumed was her husband. 

"Have a seat. This is my husband Lim Dongwoo. I have a son also. Hold up let me call him. Changkyun dear come here and meet our neighbors," you hear her call. You then hear footsteps coming down the stair and there you saw him. He was truly mesmerizing. 

"Hello, i'm Lim Changkyun. It's nice to meet you," he says. 

" Why don't you guys stay for dinner! I insist," Changkyun's mother says. 

"I'm sorry but I'll have to excuse myself, I have a ton of work to do," you say. 

"Alright dear, I'll stay here for dinner. Don't hurt yourself while i'm gone," she says as you nod. 

You then leave their house. While you are walking back to your house you suddenly feel someone grabbing your hand. You turn around to see your ex-boyfriend. 

"What do you want," you say as you were fuming in anger. 

"I just want to tell you i'm sorry for what I did," he says. 

"Well it's too late for sorries I have nothing to do with you. I don't need you," you say as leave. He then pulls your hair. 

"You little brat you actually think you can walk away from me. You will never be able to escape. You say you don't need me. Well look where you are now. You have no boyfriend, you don't even have friends either. If you kill yourself no one will care. That's how much people hate you. I only dated you because I felt bad for you. Really y/n you are a joke! Look at where you are at with your life. You've gone no where in life, "he says. You then slap him with tears falling from your eyes. 

"I can't believe I stayed with a jerk like you for five years. I thought I was really lucky. Now you are the biggest mistake of my life. NOW GET OUT OF MY FACE," you say. Suddenly he pushes you to the floor. As you now see your knee that is covered in blood you back away as he comes closer to you. He was about to slap you when suddenly you never feel it. Instead you saw Changkyun picking up with a fight. He kept throwing punches at the guy. You then tell him to stop and he listened. 

"DON'T YOU EVER COME NEAR HER AGAIN OR I WILL KILL YOU," Changkyun says as he was fuming with anger. 

"Y/n who is he," your ex asks you. 

"I'm her boyfriend. I don't ever want to see you next to my girl again. Understand!" he says as your ex nods and leaves. You kept crying as you were still hurt and bothered by what he said. You suddenly feel someone's arm around you. You pick your head up to see Changkyun hugging you. 

"It's ok. Don't worry he won't bother you ever again," he says.

"How did you find me?" you ask him. 

"Well for starters I live next door. I also had to pick up my friends. Speaking of which were are they?", he says. 

"We're right here. What you did was so brave. I'm so proud of my baby! He's growing up so fast," you hear someone sob. You see a crying man along side five other boys. 

" Yah, Wonho hyung control yourself," Changkyun says. 

" Hello i'm y/n," you introduce yourself. 

"Hi I'm Shownu, this is Wonho, Kihyun, Jooheon, Hyungwon, and my boyfriend Minhyuk. I hope you're okay y/n," Shownu says as you smile. 

"Anyways you want to tell us what's the relationship between you and that guy. Don't worry we aren't the type to judge," Minhyuk says. You the explain the story of you and your boyfriend to them with a hint of sadness in your voice.

"It's okay y/n we'll be here for you. Think of us as your friends," Jooheon says as he smiles.

"Anyways, you guys head in. I'll take y/n to her house," Changkyun says as the rest nod. Changkyun then helps you inside your house. As he grabs the first aid kit, you wonder what would've happened if Changkyun wasn't there to help save you. You also wondered why Changkyun called himself your boyfriend. 

"Changkyun, when we were outside you told my ex-boyfriend that you were my boyfriend. Why did you say that?" you ask him. 

"Because I know that was the way I would get him to shut up. I also sort of like you. Y/n you don't have to take my feelings into action. I'm pretty sure you'll find someone better than me," Changkyun says as you were shocked. 

"Y/n, Y/n why are you--," he says as your lock you lips with his. 

"I like you too. For the first time I feel loved. Thank you for moving here," you say as you rest your head on his shoulders. 

"So what are we right now? Friends? Or something else?",he says. 

"Let's be friends for now," you say as he nods.

You were friends with Changhyun as well as Shownu, Minhyuk, Wonho, Hyungwon, Kihyun, and Jooheon. You and Changhyun were friends for about three years until he asked you out after Shownu and Minhyuk's wedding. Two years after that he asked you to spend the rest of your life with him and you agreed. Now you are happily married with a son and a daughter whom you both adored so much. Everything was finally perfect in you eyes.
