Ariana's P.O.V

I wiped my tears from the thought of Ricky not answering any of my calls and texts. Pressing on the info button for that number, I swiftly pressed the FaceTime button. If he was really Justin, he would pick up. Besides, how did I not have his number? Weird huh..
"Ariana," I heard a voice call snapping me back out of my thoughts. I looked into my phone and saw him looking at me. It was him, Justin Drew Bieber. He wasn't lying. But once again how did I not have his number?
"So you're not a 56 year old predator I see," I said giggling.
"No," he replied laughing, "I had to change my number due to Scooters commands. You know how he is." I nodded my head in agreement. Despite the fact that Scooter was an amazing manager, he can sure be pushy sometimes but it's for our own good.
"Well, we haven't talked in a while," I said trying to start a conversation.
"Yeah, I want to start talking again to be honest," he said and I tilted my head. I remember having the biggest crush on him when I was younger. 16 year old me would be jumping around right now. I laughed at the thought of that.
"What are you laughing at," he asked confused.
"Oh nothing, I was just remembering how much of a crush I had on you as a 16 year old," I said shaking my head and laughing.
"Of course, everyone likes me," he smirked yet added, "but hey tell me what that text was about. What were you sorry for?"
"Ricky.. he, uh, cheated on me. With one of my dancers. In my bed," I said giving a sarcastic smile with tears starting to form in my eyes.
"What the fuck? What a dick, I can go beat the shit out of him for you if you want," he reacted angrily. Does he actually care tho? We haven't interacted in ages.
"Thank you, Justin, but it's fine. Besides, now he's mad at me for throwing all of his stuff on the ground and I feel so bad because I love him and want him back and I don't know what to do," I spat out quickly making almost 0 sense. I didn't know I can speak so fast but apparently stress and sadness takes over.
"Calm down, Ariana. You don't need him anyways. Any guy would be fucking lucky to have you, I don't understand why he would even consider cheating on you," he said sympathetically. I couldn't help but blush at his words.
"Thank you, Justin. That was really sweet," I smiled wiping away the tears that streamed down my face. "Fuck this is so embarrassing," I laughed trying to make it seem less awkward. I haven't cried on the phone to a guy before. Having him see me like this is definitely not the highlight of my day. But talking to him was. Just a few words can bring up my mood so quickly.
"No it's fine," he reassured me. "Hey, what are you doing tomorrow?" he asked furrowing his eyebrows yet forming a smile on his face.
"Nothing, why," I asked. Please ask me out please ask me out please ask me-
"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out," he said interrupting my thoughts. I smiled widely and nodded my head. God, I know I basically just got out of a relationship but it's not like a date date, right? Like a friendly date. That's all it is that's all I want it to be.
"Great, I'll pick you up at 6," he questioned trying to see if it was a reasonable time for me.
"It's a date," I replied with a slight giggle and he chuckled. We said bye to each other and then he hung up. Holy shit, I'm actually so excited.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK IS GONNA HAPPEN ON THIS NON DATE DATE THING? GOD THIS IS SO SUCKY AND CRINGEY I SWEAR I WILL IMPROVE.
