We're eleven months as a couple. It's an ordinary day and it's december 23.
It's 4:00 pm and I decide to call you.
"Hello, Hon?" You answered.
"Hon? Are you free tonight?" I asked you.
"Yes, hon. Why?"
"I just want to have a dinner with you. I have a surprise for you, hon"
I heard you giggled, "sure, hon! So, where's the place? Are you going to fetch me here? What time?"
"Sorry, hon. I can't pick you. Just go here at 6:00 pm. Sawi's Restaurant. Okay? I love you"
"Okay, hon! I love you too!" I ended the call.
I rent the whole restaurant. I even put a decorations at the four side of the restaurant. Flowers, ballons, and even a tarpaulin saying "I love you and I'm sorry". I sighed when I look at the whole place. This is it.
It's already 6:00 in the evening and now I'm here at the table. Standing and waiting for you.
"Hi hon! What's with that surprise huh? Effort!" You said smilling. I'm gonna miss that sweet smile of yours. Any minute now, your smile will fade.
"Hon, i love you" I whispered then hug you tightly. I know that you confused to my action but you hug me back.
"I love you too, hon." I distance my self to you and look at you. I stare at you 5 minutes, I think. Remembering every part of your face. You're the only girl that makes me happy. Sayo ko lang nakita ang matamis na ngiti at masasayang mga mata tuwing mag kasama tayo. I thought we'll be together until our last breath but no. It will never be happen because of what will I do to you now.
"I'm sorry but I'm breaking up with you" I said.
"What!? Are you kidding me!? P-please.. Tell me that it's just a dream! T-tell me, Sedric!" A tears fell down from your eyes.
I want to wipe it and hug you but I can't.
"Sorry. But you don't deserve me. Good bye" I slowly walk away from you. Leaving you here. I ignore the pain slowly killing me.
It's hard to do but I did. I leave you.
"I love you, hon. Good bye" a single tear escape from my eyes. You'll be always in my heart. I'm sorry, hon.
