Meeting You.

Tragedy

Sakaya and Rin both buckled up, and started heading to Sakaya's home. Sakaya didn't move the care, and put it and drive, and waited.
"Aren't you going to start driving? There's no cars in the way.."
"I will. Sorry for waiting! Before I came and got you, I heard that something had happened over in this area."
"Oh"
Sakaya turned up the radio station up a bit, and began to listen closely. Just as the reporter on the radio was talking about the crash on a near highway, fire lit up in front of both Rin, and Sakaya.
They both immediately looked up, and stared at what was happening. I car had exploded, right in front of their faces. So many things were running through both of their minds at the moment, while they stood in shock. People running and screaming away from the exploded car. It was horrific.
Rin shock her head a bit, and looked at Sakaya, who had on hand on the steering wheel, and the other covering her mouth. Sakaya's eyes were filled with tears. They were streaming down her face.
"S-Sakaya? Are you alright?"
Sakaya's other hand lifted off the steering wheel, and was placed on top of her other hand. Both now on her open mouth.
"S-Sakaya?"
Sakaya didn't even look at Rin. All she looked at, was the car in front of her, set on fire. Sakaya sat in shock, now balling. Rin didn't know what to do. Rin looked at the car, and looked down. Why was Sakaya crying? Rin knew this was very tragic, but she's never seen anyone cry this hard over a stranger's car get exploded.
"R-Rin?"
Sakaya's voice was very weak. It sounded as if she did not want to speak at all. Rin turned her head to Sakaya, who was now looking down as well.
"Yes Sakaya?"
"Rin. I am so very sorry. I did not know this would happen."
"You're alright Sakaya. Of course you didn't know."
"Rin, I want you to get out of the car, and follow me. Please."
Rin was worried, bug she did as Sakaya asked. She trusted Sakaya 100% and knew that she wouldn't harm Rin.
Sakaya and Rin both got out, and Rin followed behind Sakaya, who was running back into the building. Sakaya pushed open the door, and ran to an officer near by.
"Officer please help me, there's a car outside that ex-"
"I know."
Sakaya was crying again, but Rin didn't know why Sakaya was so worried. The officer looked at Sakaya, who was shaking, and was full of fear on the inside.
"We have police and fire trucks coming this way. We have got it under control. Thank you for you concern."
"No, but you don't understand, there was a person in that car, and of they aren't out of that car, he's dead and I can't-"
The officer kept cutting Sakaya off.
"I know. We have the man out of the car, he is in the medical room."
"May I see him?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"We don't allow "visitors""
"I am related to him."
"What about the girl behind you?"
"She as well."
"I can tell you won't give up. Follow me ladies."
Rin was very confused, and Sakaya  grabbed Rin's hand, and began pulling her ahead. Sakaya began whispering into Rin's ear.
"I will explain later. For now, just say you are related to him, and I will handle the rest."
"Oh-okay. I see."
Rin didn't want to ask any questions, Sakaya was alright a mess as it was. Their perfect day, turned into a perfect nightmare.
