Flight Day

My flight is at 4. I have to hurry! I only have an hour and a half. I can't believe I'm doing this!
Rin walks down the stairs, taking a granola bar, and putting her luggage on the table. She sits down, opening her phone. She has 1 missed call, and 3 messages. They're all from her best friend. Rin decides to call her back.
"Hey! Sorry I missed your call, I'm still trying to get ready for my flight."
"You're alright! I can't wait until you get here. I'm so excited!"
"I am too. I can't believe this is happening."
"How long is the flight again?"
"6 hours."
"Have you ever been on a flight that long?"
"No. I don't travel a whole lot, so this is kinda new."
"Ah, I see. Well, you only have an hour, I'll let you be, and text me when you board your flight, okay?"
"Got it. See you soon!"
"As well to you!"
Rin opens her granola bar, looking at the time.
"I have to go!"
She walks to her car at a high speed, calling her other friend.
"Hey, are you almost here? We gotta go really soon."
"Yep. Be there in 3. See you in a second."
"Okay. Bye!"
"Bye!"
She opens the trunk of the car, puts her luggage in there, and closes it. She walks back to the house, closing the door, making sure it locks. Her friend arrives, pulling into the driveway.
"Hey. I'll drive there, alright?"
"Okay."
Rin opens the door for Matt, her friend.
She goes to the other side, the driver side. Matt buckles up, while Rin does the same.
"Do you have the directions to the airport?"
"Yep."
"Okay, thank you!"
"No problem."
Rin carefully pulls out of the driveway, and begins to coast down the road to the airport.
"Are you nervous about the flight Rin? I mean, 6 hours is kinda long."
"I know I'll be fine. And with my friend being there to pick me up, I know I'm gonna be good."
"Alright then."
Matt looks at the radio, seeing that his favorite song is on. He turns it up, dancing in a jokingly way, while Rin joins him.
Time flies by, and they pull into the airport sideway. They both get out of the car, and begin walking into the building.
"Rin, all walk you into the building. Is that okay?"
"Yeah, of course!"
"Thanks."
Rin puts her phone into her pocket, while getting her luggage, and walking into the building.
"First is security, then waiting, then boarding the flight. Should be easy enough."
Rin puts her luggage on the conveyor belt, and placing her phone inside a bucket, along with her shoes, belt, and anything else that has metal on it. She walks through the body scanner, making sure it doesn't beep. Sure enough, it didn't. She puts back on her items of clothing, taking her phone back, and getting her luggage. Rin walks towards Matt, leaving her luggage behind for a second.
"I'll see you in a few weeks. Be safe, okay Rin?"
"Okay. See you soon. Thank you for coming with me and taking care of Daisy for me." (Daisy is Rin's dog's name.)
"You're welcome. I'm gonna go, I'll see you 'round. Bye!"
"Bye!"
Rin turns around to get her luggage, tearing up a bit.
'Why am I crying?' She thinks to herself. Having the thought of leaving behind her friends scares her. But meeting a new one is exciting. She wipes away her tear, grabbing her luggage and finds a spot to sit down.
'Over here looks nice. I'll be okay over here.'
Rin sets her stuff down, and sits down. She pulls out her phone, seeing that Matt texted her.
"I can't wait to hear all about your trip when you get back! I'll miss you Rin! Please be safe, okay?"
"Okay. I'll miss you too! I'll call you when I get there."
Rin knew that Matt was driving her car, so he wasn't going to text and drive.
'I might as well get something to eat before I go. There's a few places over here.'
Rin picks up her bags, and walks over to a fast-food place. She looks at the menu, deciding on what to eat.
She walks up to the cashier, placing her order, and walks over to the side of the building waiting for her food. After about 6 minutes, the food is ready, and she takes it, walking over to a table to eat.
'Oh. I forgot to text Sakaya.'
"Hey! I just got some food, I'll be boarding the place soon, wanna FaceTime?"
Rin waits for a response, knowing that's it's almost midnight where her friend lives.
After about 5 minutes, Sakaya replies.
"Sorry! I'm trying my hardest to stay awake! Sure, is love to FaceTime if you're still available."
"Okay, I'll call you."
Rin calls her friend, and her friend answers.
"Hey!"
"Hi!"
"So how's it going? Everything alright over there?"
"Yep! Just got some food, and I'll be boarding the flight in about 30 minutes, so I'm all set."
"Great! I can't wait! AAAAAnd please forgive me if I don't reply, it's probably because I've fallen asleep."
"No! You're good! You should try and get some sleep. After all, you do have to drive to the airport really early in the morning, so you should get some rest."
"Ah you're so sweet! I'll probably fall asleep after we are done calling."
"Alright. Well, I should get going, I have to go get my ticket soon, so get some rest, and I'll call you when I get there, okay?"
"Alright. See you then."
"Bye!"
"Bye!"
Rin put her phone back into her pocket, throwing away her trash, and walking to the boarding station.
"Hello! How can I help you today?"
The flight attendant lady seemed was really sweet.
"Hi! I'm just getting my ticket for flight A5."
"Alright! May I have your driver license please?"
"Okay."
Rin handed the lady her license, and while the lady was putting in the information, Rin looked at her phone, and put it back away.
"Thank you! Here's your ticket, and you're all set! Thank you for flying with our airplanes!"
"Okay. Thank you!"
Rin walked over to the boarding spot, where there were not a lot of people. She looked at the ticket, making sure that it was the right flight. When she got to the counter, she handed the man her ticket, and walked onto the airplane. She picked her spot, and put her luggage away. There was a young gentleman sat next to her.
Rin looked at the time. She was going to start flying soon. As she thought about it, she got really nervous.
'What is Sakaya doesn't like me in real life? Am I staying at her house or do I have to pay for a hotel?' Well, she knew the answer to the last question. But she got curious. After a while, she was in the air, and was talking to the young man next to her. They seemed to get along quite well. When they were done talking, Rin took a nap, hoping the flight would be over soon.
