Alex's pov

I woke up to the sound of Jillians door bell ringing. I got up took a shower,straightened my hair, and got dressed in something I never thought I'd get dressed in. I got dressed in a black tube top, a green crop top with an eagle in the middle of a circle of stars, a grey oversized sweater, black high waisted shorts, black vans, a black slouchy hat, and black nerd glasses. I know a lot of black. I walked out of my room and walked downstairs to find a note

I went out with a friend won't be home till 12pm.

Well I have know idea what to do. As if on que my phone rang "Hello." "Hey my family is dying to meet you and I saw Jill leave with someone so I thought you were bored." It was Rocky "I don't know...." I said "Cmon!" "What if your siblings want to go swimming?" "Say you hate water." "Ugh fine." "I'll be there soon to pick you up!" He said and hung up I got my keys walked out the door and locked it.

I waited a little bit for Rocky to show up, I sat on the porch and rested my elbows on my knees, I sighed, my eyes fluttered closed. That is until I heard a car beeping, "Alex? Are you Ok?" I saw Rocky hop out of his truck, I smiled, "I'm fine, just a little tired that's all." He smiled back, "Well, I know the perfect family too make you feel like you've been taking cocaine." I laughed at his comment.

"Oh right, your family." I said sarcastically, he rolled his eyes, "Oh come on don't be a pussy cat." He said smirking, I laughed. All of the dirty thoughts clouded up in my head. I hoped into Rocky's truck, smiling like an idiot, "I promise you, you won't regret this," Rocky says while poking my nose. I giggled slightly at the gesture, "Who am I meeting the God famliy?" I asked while looking at the road, all of my thoughts went back to my Mom. That bitch deserved to be in a jail cell.

"I think she did too." I heard a voice said to my left, shit did I just say that out loud?" "Yep you did, and yet you're still doing it." Rocky chuckled. I rolled my eyes while looking out my window. How can Rocky treat me so normally, everyone in this town knew something was weird about me that's why they would give me weird looks. The ride was quite long, but it was worth comforting silence, "We're here." I looked up and my jaw literally dropped to the floor, "Holy Shit." I mumbled, "Are you fucking rich?" I asked while chuckling, "Something like that." I heard Rocky mumble. My eyebrows frowned but I decided to ignore it.

I waited for Rocky to open the door for me, I grabbed his hand and immediately felt a spark but I tried to ignore it. He held my hand all the way up to the front door, Rocky grabbed both of my hands and looked me in the eyes, "I will warn you, my family is crazy." "I've seen crazier." I said while smiling. Rocky chuckled.
