Chapter 9 The Next Morning

I wake up in a bed of flowers and I have no idea where I am. I look to my left and look to my right and I see my horse with another horse next to it ... Next thing I feel is a hand wrap around my waist. I look down to see Blake looking really cute with bed hair ... I shake my head trying to get what I just said out of my head ... I can't fall for a guy I have to focuse on my career ... I shake Blake but he doesn't get up he must be a deep sleeper ... So I leaned down and whisper "Wake up" in his ear but he doesn't even move ... I get a idea on how to wake him up ... So I lean down and whisper in his ear ... He wakes up smirking "Took you long enough to get up" I (Dixie) said looking into his eyes "Well if someone whispers something like that in your ear I bet you would wake up too" Blake said sad because what I whispered was a lie "Oh get over it now can you tell me where the h*** we are?" I said ignoring his sad face "Yah umm we're in my Dad's field we were riding late last night and I guess we fell asleep" Blake said looking at me in the eyes .. "We were riding?" I asked "Yah your horse is pretty fast we rode our horses in the field all night" Blake said honestly "Oh right horses" I said a little embarrassed "Well umm are you ready training is starting today and I have to get back" Blake said raising up off the ground "Sure" I said standing up ... We jumped on our horses towards my house ... "Well thanks for bringing me home" I said jumping off Blake's horse "No problem" Blake said smiling down at me from the horse "Ok so I'll see you later then" I said walking towards the door "Yah and I know your focused on your career but I want you to know I really like you" Blake said with a small smile .. I walked up to Blake's horse and I told him to come closer he leaned down I kissed his cheeck ... I leaned away from his face and said "I like you too" with that I walked away from his shocked face and my pink lipstick left on his cheek ... When I walked in and locked the door I leaned against it with a BIG smile. on my face ... "Hey you just getting in" Mary-Kate asked me "Yes yes I am" I said walking towards the stairs to go to my room "Wait didn't you go on a date with cutie yesterday" She asked. I noded my head "And your just know getting in ... Woo la la please tell me about you and cutie" Mary-Kate said smiling "I just meet his parents" I said blushing "Yah and I'm not dating the dude from the dance ... Come on tell me" Mary-Kate begged "Wait your dating the dude from the dance?" I asked surprised "Yah and stop trying to change the subject we can talk about my boring life later" Mary-Kate said looking me in the eyes "Fine we went riding all last night in his dad's field  after dinner and we ended up falling asleep in these beautiful purple and blue flowers and this morning I wake up with no clue where I am but I see my horse and another horse next to mine but before I can think about I feel his hand wraps around my waist tightly" I said to her "Aww yall are like one of those cute country romance movies" Mary-Kate said her eyes big "Thanks I think anyway so I look down and see that its him with cute bed hair so I try to wake him up but he doesn't then I get a idea on how to wake him up so I lean down and whisper in his ear he wakes up fast and we come here then-" but I get cut off by "What did you whisper in his ear?" Mary-Kate asked "Well I said that I wasn't wearing any underwear  and he woke up so fast it was kinda funny so afterwards we got up and he couldn't stop staring at my a** the whole way here" I said to her honestly trying to hold my laugh in "Omg your bad I need to take notes" Mary-Kate said trying to control her laughter "Hey baby you coming back up" a dude said coming down stairs I turned to look at him ans back to Mary-Kate "Apparently you don't" I replayed ... We both burst into laughter while he stood there confused "Umm no but I think its time for you to go" Mary-Kate said after finally getting control of her laughter

"Ok and umm hey Dixie" the guy waved before walking back upstairs "Who is that? and Why is he here?" I asked Mary-Kate "Umm the guy from the dance and come to find out he also has a twin the one at the coffee shop" Mary-Kate said while looking down "Really Mary-K shame on you" I said shaking my head "I'm going upstairs try and stay out of trouble while I'm gone I have training for the rodeo today" I said seriously "Fine but when did you become my mother" She said rolling her eyes "When did you sleep with a guy from a dance?" I asked "Ok fine I give" she said hitting my shoulder while walking past me up the stairs ... I walked into my room took off my dress and jumped into the shower after taking a long hot shower I jumped out braided my hair in a fishtail braid and walked to my closet I grabbed some shorts my black cowgirl boots and a red shirt I grabbed my clutch and switched it for my shoulder purse that ends by my thigh ... I walk out my room and yelled "Mary-Kate I'm gone" and walked out ... A couple minutes later I got to my step-dad's ranch ... I grabbed my horse and my saddle and rode all the way to Blake's place
