chapter 1
Katelyne has been moving her whole life and she is currently in Australia. She hates moving and her parents fight because of it, her mum would always get tired of moving but her dad has no choice since its his job.
Katelyne is in her room and its 3am but she never really sleeps until around 4:30, as she hears her parents fighting she couldn't take it so she went out her window to the park. She admired the stars since in Manhattan she never saw anything cause of the buildings.
She walked to the park and sat at this rock just looking up.
Ethan was also there, he comes when he needs to clear his mind, schools starting soon which is adding more stress to him. He always sits at the rock but this time he admired the girl sitting at the rock with the street light shinning upon her. She was staring at the stars, and Ethan was staring at her.
Katelyne turns her head and sees Ethan, she doesn't do anything but gives a little smile. Ethan goes up to the rock and sits next to her. He sees her more clearly and admires her beauty, he thought everything about her was perfect and she thought the same about him.
"School starts tomorrow, why aren't you sleeping?" He asks.
"Couldn't sleep, and rather stay here and admire the stars" She responded.
As she talked, Ethan could hear American or whatever accent she had. It just made her more special knowing she wasn't from here meaning she's a good different.
There was a silence a nice silence that neither one of them wanted to break.
The night went on now it was morning and Katelyne is waiting by the bus stop, listening to music blasting through her headphones. The bus soon pulled up and she sat in the seat that was open.
Ethan was on his phone but he looked up as he felt someone sit next to him, it was the girl from last night. He smiled but it but she barley noticed who she was sitting next to.
"Robbers, nice" Ethan finally spoke since he could hear the music blasting through her ears.
Katelyne looked up and saw Ethan and smiled, even if she didn't know what he said.
They eventually arrived and she ran off without saying anything.
Katelyne was getting her books from her locker and she realized she was late on the first day and started running to class but accidently bumped into someone.
Ethan.
"Sorry" She chuckled.
"We need to stop bumping into each other in mysterious ways." Ethan smirked.
Katelyne smiled and just gazed at him.
"Ethan" He said not letting that smirk fade.
"Huh?" Katelyne said.
"My name, its uh-"
"Katelyne" She said cutting him off.
"Um?" Ethan asked.
"Look whos confused now" Katelyne laughed.
They both noticed they were still on the floor and laughed as they got up.
"Look I really got to get to class I'm pretty sure we missed half the class" Katelyne said.
"Then lets go" Ethan said.
"How do you know what class I have?" Katelyne asked.
"I don't silly I mean lets go somewhere new" Ethan smiled.
"How do I not know your gonna kidnap me or rape me?"
"Mhm, you do have a nice body" Ethan said checking her out.
"Are you" Katelyne almost screamed before Ethan cut her off.
"Shhh" Ethan said putting his index finger on her mouth.
"Get bent" Katelyne said.
Ethan's smirk turned into a smile and grabbed her hand and ran out with her.
She wasn't even worried or thinking about what her parents would've said, their always too busy to seem to care.
They spent the whole day on the bus and Katelyne started getting worried. It was already like 5pm and the sun was setting.
Ethan knew what he was doing, he was just waiting for it to be dark so he was trying to stall her.
They finally arrived to a house, Ethan's aunts house. He went inside while Katelyne waited on the outside. After a while Ethan finally came out with car keys in his hand looking like a idiot and all Katelyne could do was laugh.
Ethan gave her a 'what' look but Katelyne didn't bother. They got into the car and Ethan started the car while hitting the brake every once in a while.
"Are you sure you know what your doing?" Katelyne smiled.
Ethan didn't answer and just kept driving. It was finally dark and Ethan was pulling up to this cliff. He parked the car and he took Katelyne's hand and they laid on top of the car.
Katelyne just loved viewing the whole city, Sydney was absolutely beautiful for her.
Katelyne laid on top of Ethan's chest admiring the stars.
"Just look up to the stars if your wondering where we are" Katelyne whispered.
"We ain't going no where" Ethan whispered the rest of the song.
It was already getting late around 12am and Katelyne didn't want to go but she had too.
"Um, its getting late" Katelyne said getting up.
"Yeah, I'll drive you home" Ethan said as they got into the car. She gave him directions and he drove her home.
The whole ride home The 1975 was playing and they both wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
"Thanks for today" Katelyne said as they stood at her porch.
She placed a quick kiss on his cheek.
As she walked in she couldn't help but smile and so did Ethan.
