Chapter three;
"What in the hell, Violet?" Liam called Violet on the phone when she got home from work. She sighed as she knew what he wanted to talk about. "Why didn't you tell them about yesterday?!"
"I just didn't! It-it doesn't matter, Li." She sighed knowing the truth, it did count. What if Harry did kill that person? Shaking her head, she wouldn't believe that. He seemed like a sweet, innocent man who just moved into a new town at the wrong time. She was guessing that Liam cdidn't feel the exact same anymore. "I'm guessing you jumped on the bandwagon too."
"Vi, c'mon! It's not hard to see that he might be the person behind this. You even saw him yesterday at the cemetary! Don't tell me that ain't fishy?" Liam questioned her, and she admitted it did seem fishy but she won't start acussing someone when she doesn't even know if they did. It was just wrong, and she won't believe Harry has done it until he's caught in the act. "Vi, you don't even know him."
"Doesn't mean I'm going to throw him under the bus, Liam. He could have just moved in at the wrong place, wrong time!" She wanted to smash her phone now. She might not know him but she won't throw someone under the bus just to catch someone. She walked into her bedroom, and sat down on her bed. "Liam, just because I do not know him; doesn't mean anything."
Liam just sighed on the other end, and Violet was just about to end the call when she heard the doorbell. She told Liam that she will see him at work, and hung up the phone. She headed down the stairs to the front door. Hoping it wasn't the crazy killer, she turned the knob and opened the door to see Harry standing on the porch. "Uh, hi?"
"Sorry to disturb you, ma'am but um, can I use your washroom?" Violet was a bit set back to think someone would come up and ask to use someones washroom since they all lived in a tiny town. Violet moved to let Harry through, and told him it was the door to the left. Harry walked in with a really bad limp, and she asked if he was okay. "Uh, yeah. I just fell down the stairs this morning. No bid deal but thanks for the concern."
"But there's blood." Violet was looking by his ankle which was dripping blood. Harry just said that he must of just cut it when he fell this morning. Violet nodded letting him use the washroom then she walked into her living room. You don't get that kind of limp, and blood when you fall down the stairs, do you? She sighed knowing it was none of her business but couldn't help to wonder. She got pulled out of her thoughts when Harry came into the living room. "Thanks.."
"Violet. My name is Violet." Violet smiled at him, and Harry smiled back while pointing to the chair next to the couch. She nodded to say it was okay for him to sit down. Violet felt weird with him here, it felt like something electric was in the air and static. She watched as he sat down with his long limbs. How does he manuver with those arms and legs? "So how are you liking the town, Harry?"
"Uh, it's something but it's really nice. I don't know about the people though. I haven't really got to talk to them since whenever they see me, they run away or they whisper to their friends." Harry sighed sadly, and Violet felt bad. She hated some people in this town, so judgemental and always has an opinion about someone before getting to know a person. She leaned back into the couch, and listened as Harry kept talking. "The only people I really have talked to is your nextdoor neighbour across the way and basically you now."
"I'm sorry Harry that they treat you like that. They are so judgemental sometimes, especially with new people who move in, and the killings." Violet shook her head, she was getting really frustrated with people or maybe it was just her time of the month. She doesn't know at the moment. Harry just nodded not saying anything to her. "People can be cruel, Harry. This town has definitly changed since I moved back two years ago."
"Where you born here?" Harry asked curiously, leaning forward. Violet blushed thinking he wanted to get to know her. No one really wanted to get to actually know her here, except for Miss Beverly and Liam. Violet pondered what to tell him without sounding like a weirdo. "You don't have to tell me, if you don't want to."
"I lived here until I was fourteen then I moved to Yaletown with my parents since my dad got a promotion but I moved back to Charlottetin when I was eighteen, and graduated. Dad and mom stayed back in Yaletown." Violet missed her parents all the time now that she moved away from them. Her dad was a lawyer, who wanted to become a judge and her mom was an actual supreme court judge, which made her dad jealous. "I did like Yaletown but I honestly like it here better. I don't know, something just pulls me here. How about you? What's your big story?"
"Um, I'm from Holmes Chapel in England. I wanted something small to go to since Holmes is small, and I do not do well in cities. Charlottetin seemed like the best choice." Harry shrugged, not giving anymore details. Violet felt like there was more to the story so she asked if there was a reason for him to move. Harry seemed to get pissed off as he stood up. "It's none of your business."
Violet was going to apologize but Harry stormed out of her house, her door slamming behind him. She was a bit shocked since they were just talking, and it was just a simple question. Was 'I don't really want to anwser that, sorry' to hard to say? She shook her head, and decided it was bed time.
Also forget that this ever happened.

Harry stood between Miss Beverly's house, and a vacant one in the shadows. He was watching Miss Velvetine's house. He needed to watch her, he needed to see if he visted her. There was no way that he will go unnoticed with Harry watching. He will get caught, and Harry will get him before he takes Violet.
