"Why you take that from him girl?"

Ashley asked Reba as they headed to Columbus.

She could over hear Reba and her boyfriend Derrick argue about nothing as usual. Reba started to tear up. The disrespect she recieved from her boyfriend was most definitely real.

"Girl dont let no man make you cry. Hell you can do better without his old ass anyway!"

It really pissed Ashley off when Derrick made Reba cry. Derrick was almost 34 with a whole nother family but Reba still played the fool because he would spoil her time to time with money for school. Reba really didnt have nobody back home but her older cousin Samantha. Samantha was a stripper and had four kids who stayed with her mom in Alabama. And really and truly Reba hated to go home on weekends. All the different men her older cousin would bring in on weekends made her sick to her stomach.

Reba grabbed the tissue out of Ashleys glove department. Finally replying....

"Girl I know this may sound crazy but I love that man....I love him so much."

Ashley just shook her head...

"Girl If being called a bitch and black eyes is love....I dont NEVER want it."

Ashley had finally pulled up to Samantha's house. Reba took a deep breath....

"Ashley please call me if you get out tonight."

Ashely looking at her with concern...

"I will girl ...I will!"

Ashley drove off as she dropped Reba off.

"I CANT STAND THESE NIGGAZ OUT HERE MANE!" Ashley slammed her hand on her arm rest thinking out loud.

She finally made it to her mom house sitting in the yard just thinking. She looked through her rearview and decided to call her brother.

"Bro whats up?"

Frank walked in house just making it in himself and replied....

"Sis you around momma or you still at school....shes not answering?"

Ashley got out her car ....

"Im just pulling up, im about to walk in now....hold up bro!"

Ashley opened the front door being it was slightly  opened....

"MOMMA....MOMMMAAAAA?" Nowhere in site.

Ashley finally walked in her momma bedroom and noticed her mother laying stretched out on the floor bleeding from the head. Ashley immediately dropped the phone.

"MOOOMMMMA!"
