Chapter 1
Bam bam bam I hear my alarm go off. It's my third week of school and it's not awesome.
Once I decided to roll out of bed I put on my outfit for the day (photo ) and did my makeup. It was simple after that I went down stairs to the sound of my mom and dad fighting again. I grab a poptart and walk to school when. I got to school one of my new friends told me that that the school was having a school dance ...
"Jan (my nickname) my friend Olivia said"
"Hey what's up"I reply
"Are you going to the school dance this friday?" she asks
"I don't know maybe" I say
"Well you should because it will be fun" she tells me
"Ok I will think about it" I say
"Ok great!"she replied
RING RING RING
The bell rings, I run to class. I love drama class, it's the only class i'm not shy in.
And plus I love Mrs Carter, she is so nice and she's kinda like me. She loves drama but she's shy. After drama I have a few other classes and then I finally get to go home. At home my parents told me they are going to rio for my dad's study and I get to spend some quality time and my big sister Lilly (who is 20) who will be looking after me. I love Lilly so much. She's super nice and funny and she's really pretty. People say I look like her but I don't think so .. i hear a big knock on the door.
"January get down here" yells lily she walks in the house
"Lilly!!"i reply
We hug I hadn't seen her for 4 months and were very close so that was hard .
Ok so today was the day my parents left for rio and my last day of school till march break and also the day of the dance ... i get a text from Olivia saying:
Olivia-hey are you going to the dance tonight?
Jan-maybe
Olivia-did someone ask you?
Jan-No hbu?
Olivia-jace but we can still hang out
Jan-it's ok have fun with jace
Olivia-u sure?
Jan-ya it's fine i will hang here with my sister insead
Olivia-ok sorry
Jan-don't worry bout it
Olivia-still besties?
Jan-besties for ever!
Olivia-ok good, see at school

"Jan time to go " my sister yelled from downstairs
"Coming" I replied
I grabbed an orange and hopped in the car
"Are you excited to go on march break"asked Lilly
"Ya super!"
"Tonight I'm going to take you out somewhere ok?" said Lilly
" Ok" said with lots of excitement In my voice
When I got to school I met up with Olivia and went to class
I had math then science and then drama then lunch but i don't need to tell you me whole day...
when i got home me and my sister went to get ice cream it was really good
After she took me to the pool and we went swimming when we were done we went back to the apartment and watched maze runner it was pretty good good. Then we both went to bed.
