Coffee oatmeal cookies

~~~~Two days later~~~~

Today I get to meet Jack at Beth's! What should I wear?!

I'm just going to go casual. I put on a pair of jeans my favorite sweater and some Converse™.

I check my phone, 3:30. Better head on over. By the time I get there it should be about 3:50. So I grab my keys and get in my car.

~~~~ After about 20-25 minutes in the car ~~~~

Beth's coffee shop. I see the big bold letters at the top of the tiny building. The whole place is colored a baby blue. The curtains are a darker shade of blue. It's kinda cute.

I walk inside, Jack's already there. There's a little kid next to him talking to him. I'd say she's about twelve.

I walk up to Jack and the little girl runs away.

"Hey!" I say.

"Hey... you're Y/N right?" he replies quietly.

I nod my head. "Was that one of your fans?" I ask.

"I think so, I mean she was calling me Jack so..." he responded.

I take a seat at the table he's sitting at and look at the menu.

"Quite a selection for a coffee shop, don't you think." He says.

"Yeah, have you been here before?" I ask.

"Only once, this is a nice little place." He responds.

"What do you like on the menu? I don't know what to get." I said.

"I got the 'Coffee oatmeal cookies' last time." he said, "Then I got extra dark coffee."

I thought for a minute. I don't want to go too high on calories. I don't like dark coffee. The "Coffee oatmeal cookies" sound good.

"I'll get the same thing I guess but with creamed coffee." I said.
