I hide
Knowing that I'll be invisible to
Your eyes
I hide
Hoping that I'll blend in
With the crowd
I hide with the baggie clothes
And the hoodies I wear
I hide behind the words I say
I hide behind the attitudes I display
I hide behind the books I read
And the music I listen to
I hide
Wishing that one day
Someone will see through me
And I won't have to hide anymore
And I hide till that day
