The game I’ll play
Is for you, all…
I’ll toy with words
Hope you won’t scowl.
I’ll tie a bow with an enchanted scarf
To shield my eyes from all that’s sharp
And then I’ll bow to kiss your flesh
So I would always reminisce
What kind of love I feel from you.
And there is nothing for me to rue
If you have sensed mine just as kind
Just then, I’ll find my peace of mind.
The light ignited in my soul
Feels strange and odd, surrounds me whole
It’s good and bright,
I seem so light.
Please close your eyes, just stay this way
You’re waiting smile as fresh as may
So I may kiss you sweet and slow
And then we’ll laugh, not letting go.
The rose of our heartbeats under the touch
Of a single trembling rose, it’s far too much.
And now, in silence, I open my eyes
And vow to find and love you…under any skies.
