Every night I have this weird dream, and no matter how much I try not to think about it, it still comes back. It is at night that I am walking, I was walking home from work, then I feel like someone is watching me. I start to speed walk for a while, then stop because I hear a voice come from behind me calling out for help, I am a nice person, so I follow the voice behind a huge dumpster. There was a figure behind it, I slowly put my hand out, so that he or she could grab my hand, but that was a mistake. The figure slowly reached it's hand out, but it turned out that it wasn't a human hand... It was like an eagle claw or something like that, but I screamed, then we was off into the air. I was hanging by my legs, my head facing toward the ground, I am begging for the thing to put me down, and again those were a poor choice of words. The thing carried me over a building, then flew in one place, I was still screaming put me down, the thing dropped me, and now I was falling. It felt like an eternity while I was falling, and all I could feel was my heart in my chest, tears on my cheek, and the wind as I was about to hit the concrete, but before I hit the ground I wake up from my dream screaming. That happens every night, after I scream my parents come into my room every night. Sometimes they would stay in my room waiting for me to wake up screaming, and after months of having the same dream I thought that I would stop waking up screaming, but I haven't. I don't know why I keep having the same dream over, and over, I don't want to get old having this dream, then die screaming to my death.
My parents thought it was time for me to see a doctor, and I hated the doctors, to me they really don't help me with anything. I think that they just give you drugs that don't get you better, they just want money for the drugs. I go there, just because of my parents, they also need their sleep and they have jobs as well. One time, I had almost went crazy for him asking me about the dream... It was like someone had hit the worst nerve in me, and something had took over my body just so I couldn't describe the dream. I had stopped going to the doctors, my parents had enough trust in me that I could go to them myself, but I decided not to go to the doctor. Usually after I go to the doctor's, I went to school. I rode a bike to school, listening to my favorite song "Sail, by Awolnation" to, and from school everyday. It somehow makes me feel alive in a way, and as I am riding my bike to school, a car had hit my bike, and I had landed right on the car. I had almost went through the windshield, but I had only cracked it badly, and I thought that I was going to start to cry, and scream, but I didn't say or do anything at all. People were starting to crowd around me, and the car, I couldn't move at all for a few, so people thought that I was dead. I had gotten up, off of the car, then I started to run to school with my now broken bike, and some people were chasing after me telling me to stop, that I need a doctor, but I had put on my hood, and kept running. I had reached to my school "Platon High" I had quickly locked up my bike, and ran straight for class, without going to my locker or anything. Once I had gotten into my seat, I had almost started crying, because I had started to feel the pain in my back. My first period teacher came up to me, and started to talk to me.
"Are you okay... Do you need to go to the guidance counselor, or talk to me, because you are crying." She had said to me.
"No, I am fine. I just need to sit down, and relax... Would you mind that I lay my head down for a little, I had a crazy morning, and my head is killing me." I said, I didn't know that I was crying until she said something about it.
"It is fine, just let me know if you need to go to the nurse or if you need to call your parents." The teacher said to me, but I shook my head no, then she walked away to her desk to wait for the bell. I sat there about to fall out my chair to start crying from the pain I was feeling. The adrenaline was really kicking in, until I had sat down in my seat to relax. I was trying not to scream, as the pain was getting worse, and I started to claw at the desk to keep me from screaming. The bell rung, and there was still people coming in late. The teacher started talking to us as people started taking their seats. I was in Geometry class, and that was one of the classes that I hate, because it is very boring. The class maybe boring, but the teacher is cool I guess, but the class gives me a headache from the class.
"Okay, class let's get out your homework from last night. After I take the homework I will go over the questions that you might of had problems with.." She said, then went around the room, and checked everyone's paper, and left me for last... I wanted to cry out in pain, but instead I was staying calm, clenching onto the desk for help, and I couldn't get out my homework, because if I even tried to move, my body would hurt more, it would make me scream, so I didn't get the homework out. The teacher came over to me, and asked for my work, but I didn't move, and I told her that I didn't do my work, then she looked at me like she was worried for me, and I don't know why. I was there in tears, my leg was shaking like crazy, but it was only making my body hurt more.
As the period went on my pain was getting worse, I felt the veins popping out of my head... At this point in the class, we were doing an experiment with chemicals, and I was trying to do the project, but my body wouldn't let me help.
"Hey, why did you steal my girlfriend?!" One student said, to another then the other guy responded.
"Well, I guess she liked me better, and she wanted me, so we did it." The other guy teased. Then that is what things really went down. The first guy had went for it, and some people backed up from the fight, and others pulled out their phones. They both were throwing punches, and the teacher was trying to break the fight up, but she couldn't, so she started calling the security guards. They were getting too close to me, and I couldn't move at all, I was trying to move, but I was stuck in place. They both fell on the floor, then one person went, grabbed a beaker holder, then grabbed the beaker with the chemicals, the one who was on the floor had gotten up, then tripped over a desk, and fell on me, which caused me to hit the wall. That was the final straw for me, I had screamed with all of my lungs, I was sounding like an extra loud eagle... The windows broke, the chemicals that the guy had, broke in his hand, and he started screaming from the burning. He might of been in pain, but I was in the most pain. The people who had their phones out, their screens had shattered, and almost everyone's ears were bleeding from my scream. After I was done screaming, I had felt a whole lot better, people were crying from their pain, and some people were looking at me like a freak, so was the teacher. I knew that I had to leave the school right away, so I had jumped out the window, landed on the ground, then ran as fast as I could. I knew from that day on, that things would never be the same.
