Liam and Charlie were at home when his parents had gone to the Bank so they could get some money for the trip they were going to take the following weekend when Liam had turned on the TV and saw on the news that there was a hostage situation at the bank which his parents had gone to. He was worried so he keeps on watching. Within about 10 minutes of watching gunshots were heard on the TV.
Liam was freaking out so he had turned of the TV. Liam had expected the worst and by that his parents were dead. After his parents haven't returned after a few hours, his worst fears were confirmed. When the suspect had fled the scene, the police had went in the bank where the robbery taken place. They had called the "Home" contact on Liam's mothers phone. When the house phone rang, he saw that it was his mother's phone and was immediately relieved. He answered the phone and the cop told him the bad news. He was told that the cops would come to his home and pick up him and his dog.
