Chapter 2: A New Friend

After that we started walking again. After a long walk, we heard wrestling in the bushes I didn't act scared even though whatever is in the bushes snakes, raccoons or a wolf I acted brave. THEN IT JUMPED OUT! It was just a girl who had a bad cuts everywhere I said are you OK? She said ya it's just some scratches. I said can I help you she didn't respond so I just went over there and put some Band-Aids on her. Then I asked what her name was and she said Cathy, my name is Cathy then I asked the same thing I asked Alec, how did you get here? She said I don't remember. I did not ask why she did not remember I just looked questioned Cathy must of read my mind because she said I've been here for three years.
I was so surprised, then she asked how we got here Alec said I don't know and I said you know-- I hesitated she probably didn't know the big rock by the stadium so I just said you wouldn't know Alec looked at me curiously like he didn't know why I said that. I asked if I could talk to him alone, so I took him behind some bushes and said I said that because she has been here for three years she will not know the big rock by the stadium. We returned back to Cathy, she stood up and said do you like my dress? I said ya but it is a little ripped, she said ya I don't have the materials that I need to fix it. I said I do, excitingly Cathy came over. I turned my backpack around and pulled out some needle and thread and gently sewed her dress it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! it was a bright pink and a light pink for the butterfly's and flowers, and lace covered the whole thing and a beautiful gold belt. It took a long time to fix the whole dress since it had so many rips. After I fixed it she said thank you,
it was really creepy because on one side of the forest it was green and you couldn't see the sky and on the other the sky was clear as day.
