Agnes woke up to the sun shining through the blinds on the bar locked window. She looked over at the boy sleeping next to her and sighed. This is one of the moments Agnes wished she could touch him just so she could shove him off the bed and go back to sleep.
She leaned into his ear and aggressively told him to get the hell up.

Ugh what do ya' want?
"Wake up, I'm bored and still in this hell hole."

Ace rolled onto his side to look the fragile girl in the eyes. She shyly averted her gaze and he smirked lightly.

And whatta you want me to do about that?
"Get me outta here maybe?"
Working on it.

A brief silence seeped back into the room until Agnes remembered something she had wanted to ask Ace before she got knocked out for the second time.

"Ace?"
Yeah?
"Did they change my clothes?"
Yeah.
"Did they see the scar?"
Yeah.
"Do they know he did it?"
No.

Agnes felt the tears starting to come back and Ace found himself not knowing what to do, he just watched the unfortunate girl cry for what seemed like the one millionth time.
A knock sounded at the door and Agnes ignored it rolling over and shutting her eyes.

"Agnes? The psychiatrist would like to see you now," a nurse came in with two pills and a glass of water. Without second thought she took the pills and Ace groaned at her, wondering why she swallowed them so willingly.

Agnes followed the nurse down long hallways until she came to a door that said Dr. Fletcher. Her small hand formed a tight fist and she tapped on the door quietly, almost as if not to disturb whoever may be inside.

"Come in!" A voice called from inside and Agnes opened the door slowly. "Oh Agnes, come in and sit."

"Hi," Agnes spoke shortly.

"Hello, how are you settling in?"

"Alright."

"That's good, my name is Doctor Fletcher," the man said speaking to Agnes slowly. Agnes nodded and the man continued to speak. "Now we only have a short bit of time and I would like to talk to you about something you told the psychiatrist at the police station if that's alright."

Agnes nodded slowly and glanced over to Ace who was now in the room and sitting by the window taking swigs of his beer.

"Now you said something about someone or something named Ace, can you tell me about it."

Do not say anything.

For once Agnes obeyed and kept her mouth shut staring at her bare feet as if they were the most interesting thing in the world.

"Okay, how about this, I'll ask you a question and you can either nod your head yes or shake it no?"

Agnes nodded and the psychiatrist continued.

"Is Ace a person?"

Ace didn't say anything so Agnes took it that she could answer the doctor. Agnes nodded her head slowly switching her gaze from her feet to Doctor Fletcher.

"A boy, I suppose."

Agnes nodded yet again.

"Is he younger than you?"

Agnes shook her head briefly and the doctor wrote something down on a piece of loose paper.

"Older?"

Agnes nodded.

"A lot older?"

Agnes listen to me.

Ace interrupted and Agnes looked over to him. "Hmm?" Agnes asked while still looking at Ace and the doctor noticed that she seemed to be in conversation with him.

You see that paper weight on the desk? I want you to take it and knock the doc out.

"No Ace, I can't do that!"

It will take two seconds, knock him out and make a run for it. You gotta trust me, I know what I'm talking about.

Agnes took a deep breath and stared at the paper weight. She wondered why she should trust Ace, after all he is the reason why she got sent here.

The doctor took note of Agnes's behavior and watched her pick up the paper weight, switching it between her right and left hand.

Do it.

Without second thought Agnes took the weight and swung it right at Doctor Fletcher's head.

Good! Now let's get outta here!

Agnes ran outside and down the long gray corridors making random left and right turns until she found an exit door and was outside.
However, she was out of miracles because 12 foot fence surrounded the entire area.

"Well, now what?"
Climb the fence.
"No way, you're crazy man."
Just do it.

Agnes laced her fingers into the metal wire diamonds that made up the fence and sighed. She didn't know how to climb a fence, even if she did there was barbed wire surrounding the top.

"Ace I can't."

Ace groaned and threw his cigarette bud to the ground in frustration, this is one of those moments he wished he could grab her and throw her over that fence.

We came so far and you are going to chicken out now? Their coming to find you, just climb the god damn fence Agnes!

It was too late, more nurses came and grabbed a hold of Agnes. She was sure that she was in lots more trouble.
