"Get up you lazy bunch of bones!" My "Mom" Kerry yells to me and my foster sibling, Jake. I automatically do so and get ready for a new day. "Olympia. Mom says you're not going to school today." Ryker, my only sane "sibling" says poking his head in the door. "Thanks Ryk." I nod my head in his direction and he comes in and gives me a hug. "warning the twins put a stink bomb in the sink." Ryker is my rock. He's the only thing that keeps me sane in this house "Oh get out! I need my space." Jake says finally getting up.

I get dressed in a cubs shirt and my leggings that say, I'll work out tomorrow on them. (A/N I actually own them.) "Olympia!" Jake cries. "What?!" "Open the damn door!" I sigh and walk out of the bathroom. As he hurries in Jake sneers at me and slaps me across the cheek. I glare back at him, Ryker is outside my door in seconds and looks at my face. He glares in the direction of the bathroom I leave him to take care of that and head downstairs.

"What happened?" I ask Brynn knowing what is in store for me won't be pretty. "I'm taking you shopping." Brynn says flipping her hair. I look at her confused. "What?!" She nodded her head slowly and said, "Mom said you needed a day off and that I am to take care if you." She looks me up and down at my outfit. "Especially in those." Brynn gestures to the outfit I picked and wrinkles up her nose.

I look down and sigh. "What's wrong with it?" She gives me the 'really?' Look. I sigh. "Fine, I'll change." I slowly walk up the stairs, waiting for the promise. "Hurry up and we'll got Starbucks!" I hurriedly rush up the stairs. I change into the outfit Brynn would've wanted me to wear and head back down the stairs. She gives an approving nod and we walk out the door.

"Starbucks first or after?" She asks me. I look at her giving her my special, 'you are asking that?' look. "First. Duh!" She looks at me and wipes away fake tears. "It's a miracle. She's growing up!" I roll my eyes and settle in my seat. Brynn settles in also and starts the car. I turn on music and Don't let me down by the Chainsmokers and Daya comes on.

Brynn looks at me as the song ends. "Oly you should totally do voice as a major in college." I shrug "Nah. I'd rather stick with sports." She huffs and I settle back in my seat. We finally arrive at the mall after getting our coffee, and I rush to underarmor. I sigh looking at everything in the shop windows but get pulled away abruptly by Brynn.

"No. We're not going in there." I shrug and she is still holding onto my arm. More like clinging. Then I point out a couple of cute boys and she quickly straightens her self out letting me go in the process. I chuckle as she flaunts past them and they don't even turn their heads towards her. She groans as they look at me. I keep walking on to the Oberweis nearby. I look at all of the delicious flavors and decide to do the Chocolate Mocha Ice cream. Brynn gets peppermint chocolate chip.

The boys well men we saw earlier sit down at a table across from us and I see one stare at me. I realize I forgot to cover up my bruise from Jake hitting me earlier. I blush and one guy winks at me. Brynn glares at them and I notice that they all have cubs gear on. I get up to throw away my cup at the trash can that just so happens to be by the boys and when I'm walking away, one of them grabs my arm and says" Call me if they hit you again" then hands me a slip with his number and 2 tickets to all cubs games for the rest of the season. I look at him and walk away slowly.

Brynn and I get a few more things and then head home. Brynn doesn't even mention the guys at all. Then I realize she was on her phone when she wasn't trying to get their attention.  I walk inside the house and see crayon all over. Great. One more mess to clean up. While walking up the stairs, I consider just whom I would take with me to a game. I grab the cleaning supplies and head back downstairs to clean the walls. Scrubbing I am still thinking about it when Kelly walks in the door. I quickly finish up and put everything away. I realize who I should take and  walk into Rykers room to flop on his bed. "What's up squirt?" He asks spinning around in his chair. I look at him in the eyes and say all serious. 

"Wanna go to a Cubs game?"
