I was almost to the cabin. The snow started falling harder and it made it harder to walk... or limp if you're in my condition. My leg was bleeding and I could feel the blood freezing to my leg as I limped towards the cabin. I can feel the snow melt against my face ever so slowly. I feel weak and helpless. Why am I the only one left. I started to cry and I could feel the tears freeze on my face. I felt cold all I wanna do is lie down. I looked around and I found a cave that I could probably stay in for the night, so I'm actually able to see the cabin when it's morning.

I went into the cave and gathered some sticks into a pile and I used the flame from the lantern to start a fire. I looked at my phone to see if I had a signal, but there was nothing. I started to cry again. The frozen blood on my leg started to melt, and I decided to lie down and before I knew it, I was asleep.

It was morning and I was more than halfway to the cabin. I just needed to get up. I slept like a corpse, that is to say that I was cold and asleep.
I got up and I started to panic. In front of me was a bear and it was blocking by the exit to the cave. The bear must've thought that I was dead last night when I was asleep. I started to move slowly around the bear and every time I took a step on my left foot I tried not to scream in pain. I eventually made my way around the bear and then I took a breath of relief. And that's when the bear woke up.

I tried to run but it wasn't easy. The bear was getting up to check it's surroundings and that's when it spotted my trail of blood.
"Shit!"
I started to move faster. My leg kept gushing blood as I moved.
"Fuck! This hurts so fucking bad!"
I kept going, the cabin was in sight. The bear started to run after me. I am totally fucked. I started to leap, hoping that it would make me move faster, it hurt like hell, but it worked. I was almost there. I was at the door and it was unlocked. The bear was running up the steps, so I slammed the door shut and locked it.

I stared out the window to look at the bear. It clawed at the door for the next two hours and it eventually left. The cabin was empty except for a few pieces of furniture and a few logs in the fireplace. I felt like someone might eventually find me, all I have to do now is wait and survive.
