ENTANGLEMENT

PROLOGUE

Luke Ashton Valdez kilala bilang isang bilyonaryo at Ceo ng sikat na kompanya sa Pilipinas. Kilala rin sya sa Acadia Academy dahil siya lang naman ang nag iisang anak ng pinaka mayamang businessman at businesswoman sa bansa. Sino nga 'bang hindi makakakilala sa kanya bukod sa mayaman ay gwapo rin siya.

Katelyn Grace Lim simple kung titignan ngunit siya rin ay isa sa pinaka mayamang teenager sa bansa. Parehas ang kanyang mga magulang na nagmula sa mayayamang pamilya. Maraming binata ang nagkakagusto sa kaniya, ngunit marami ring galit at inggit sa perpektong buhay na meron siya. Bata pa lamang ay mataas na ang kanyang naabot sapagkat siya ang pinaka batang nakapag patayo ng sariling kompanya sa edad na 13 anyos. Bukod sa siya ay maganda, sexy, mayaman siya rin ay tunay na matalino. Maraming humahanga sa kanya sa galing nito sa lahat ng subject sa eskuwelahan.

Sabi nga nila hindi lahat ng nakikita mo totoo. Hindi dahil mayaman ka masaya ka na. Bakit nga ba hindi pa din masaya kahit halos lumangoy ka na sa ilog ng kayamanan?

"mommy are you okay? andito lang kami ni dad for you. Don't leave us just yet, kailangan pa kita kailan ka pa namin."

"Anak, I'm sorry. Pero pagod na si mommy. Let me rest, I know you can survive. Hindi ka naman papabayaan ng dad mo eh."

"Mom! Please.."

Kahit na anong yaman. When it comes to life you can never really do anything. Hindi kayang maisalba ng pera yung buhay na nawala..

"Where is she?"

"Dad, sorry. She's nowhere.. we've lost her"

"What! no! I can't believe it."

We tried bribing the hospital nurses and doctors with money. But, they've already done their best even though they're exhausted. They still couldn't save her..

I don't know what to do anymore. It felt as if I don't know how to live without her. My mother is my life, she's my parent too. I can't live without her. I still need her. I just wished I could turn back time, I should've cherished her while she's alive. It's already too late huh?

It seems that I've failed her. I'm sorry mom. I shouldn't have argued with you
I should've listened. I regret it all. I'm sorry please come back to me. I want you back mom. I promise I'll be good child from now on.

"I'm sorry Mr -------- but we really can't save her.."

"I- don't.. know."

"I'm sorry ------- we tried, we almost gave them everything but they're not God. That's why we couldn't save your mother."

My dad was right. We people are not God whether we're rich nor poor. We don't have power, in the end we'll all die.

"Hi! Are you okay? ---"

"No, I'm not. So don't talk to me! I don't want to see you!"

"I'm your friend, I'll listen. I'll be here for you."

"I said, Go away! I don't nee you. You're useless.."

"Okay fine! suit yourself we're no longer friends.."
