Recap:

"It's night, stars are shining bright. It's the most beautiful sight until the morning light. I could be your knight and I won't go down with out a fight."

Where have I seen that before?

I think to myself.

I shrug it off and go to the spot I was instructed to.

"Lyssa? LYSSA!" I yell.

I hear bushes rustle, I turn and see her.

I run to her, swoop her into my arms, and twirl her around while placing my forehead to hers.

"You found me." She says sounding A) surprised and B) happy.

"Yes I did."

"So now what are we suppose to do?" She lowers her head towards the ground.

"You come back with me. We explain this to my parents. Surely they will understand." I say, hopefully more convincing than what I feel.

She only sighs and shakes her head. She slowly descends to the ground, crossing her legs once there.

I sit down, wrapping arms around her.

"Shane..." She says, resting her head on my shoulder, looking up and the stars.

"Yes Beauty." I respond, spying at the stars above.

"What am I going to do?"

"I don't know, beautiful, I don't know."

We stayed like that, gazing up at the goddesses and gods above and the stars, until we fell asleep in each others arms.

Alyssa's POV

Slowly gaining consciousness I stir within my sleep.

Did I fall asleep on a rock? What was I thinking? I think to myself.

As I go to push myself up, I feel strong arms tighten around my waist. That's when it all came back to me.

Me running away, me leaving clues, Shane coming, us falling asleep.

"Shane." I whisper.

He groans within his sleep.

"Shane.." I shake him a little bit.

Groan.

"Shane." I say loudly.

Still nothing.

I scream a blood curdling, hearing impairing scream.

He jolts upright causing us to bonk heads.

"What the heck was that for?" I groan rubbing my head.

"Your asking that?" He groans, rubbing his sleepy eyes with one hand while rubbing his head with the other.

"Heh" is all I manage to get out.

He smirks.

"So, uh, did you sleep well?" I stutter.

"Yes. I think I could get used to that." He says slowly getting up.

I grab his hand, helping him up while blushing.
