The one I liked so much had just asked me out.
Preston, him and I had always been the closest friends. Oh my gawd.. the way he walk the way he swished his hair. This is how it happened.
Chapter 1:
Preston walked up to me in the hallway just after 4th period. He banged his back against the cold red lockers.
He looked me in the eyes.. his eyes were perfect they sparkled with personality. He said " Kailey, would you like to go on a date tomorrow night?". He blushed just a little, I didn't know if it was real life anymore. I stuttered " Me?"... " Of course" Preston said.
Could this really be happening, so I've liked Preston since 1st grade, still till this day I know what happened. Ever since 1st grade he and I were inseparable... Best friends. Preston tapped me on the shoulder as he was waiting for an answer, " I would love too!" I exclaimed full of joy. "I'll pick you up at 6:15" then he winked and walked away.
*BRINGGGGGGG*
The bell already, my mom and dad had been on me for the past couple weeks for being late to class. Ugh, they'll never let me go I thought to myself.
