Chapter Two: Getting Home

***in the car***

(HAILEYS POV)

The car ride home was silent, with occasional sniffles coming from Skylynn because she was crying. I some what felt bad for her since the boys never let her never let her do anything. But, also she deserves this because 1) her secret boyfriend 2) she disobeyed 3) the episode before she left 4) she hasn't been treating anyone fairly. This is our fault though, when she was growing up, we never disciplined. She was always our little baby and she never got in trouble. When she turned thirteen the guys snapped back to reality, and now, she can barely leave the house without one of us by her side.

***at home***

(NASHS POV)

I cant believe this child. She was a sweet little child until her thirteenth birthday. Or maybe she was always rebellious and we never noticed because we were all doing our own things. I kept my cool, well more like decided how I was going to punish her and what I was going to say, I did that in the car on the way home. Hayes was just as mad as me, the three of us (Nash sky and Hayes) were best friends when we were little and we lived in North Carolina with Mom and Johnny, when Sky came to live with us, she grew closer with Hailey. But she continued to play with me and Hayes.

We got in the house and we all walked into the kitchen. We were all silent and I motioned everyone to sit down, but I told Skylynn to change her clothes and come back down. I couldn't bare to look at her when she was wearing that, it was disrespecting herself. I hope shes happy with herself.

"So, I think we should give a lecture, no electronics, hanging with friends, or parties for 2 weeks, also, we all have to meet her b-boyfriend, before she can continue to date him." I said to Hayes, Hailey, Rue and Cam

"Nash, I agree hon, but why do Cameron and I have to be involved, we aren't her siblings. And I think it would be best if we stayed out of it so she could have someone to talk to the first few days, ya know, when shes mad at you guys." Rue said, looking concerned.

"Yeah I guess so." I responded, and with that they were out the door in seconds

"Guys do you agree with my plan?" I asked the twins

"well yeah, but maybe she could hang with friends, but they would have to hang here" Hailey said, I could tell she felt bad for Sky. I guess I was being a little harsh

"she makes a good point" Hayes said nodding towards his twin

"okay I guess that could work" I said

"Nash? Hailey? Hayes?" I heard Skylynn say through her sobs

there was a chorus of hey's and hi's as she entered the room and sat down. We sat across the table from her.

"Skylynn do you know why we are mad?" Hailey asked, she looked at Sky with sympathy

" I dressed like a hooker, I snuck out, I disobeyed, I lied, I was rude, and I kept secrets" she said

"well that covers it all" Hayes said with a little chuckle

"Yes, know Skylynn, this disappointed us. We thought we could trust you, and you proved us wrong. Skylynn, we raised you o be better than this, to listen to us, and respect us." I said, slowly so she could hear me

"I know guys. I am really sorry. I really love you guys, a-a-nd I never wanted to hurt you guys. I just wanted-d to have fun" she said

"It's okay Skylynn we believe you." Hailey told her, Sky got excited then Hayes chipped in

"That doesn't mean your getting out of your punishment little missy" Hayes said

"Right. No phone, computer, or iPad for the next week, maybe two, depending on your attitude," she nodded, "you are allowed to hang out with your friends, but they must come over here." she just nodded

"I understand, thanks guys" she seemed relieved on her punishment

"hold on I wasn't done" I said, she dropped back onto the chair with a thump and I raised y eyebrows. "you can still go out with your boyfriend, but we meaning, me, Hailey, Hayes, Cameron, and Rue, must approve of him before you cant continue your relationship"

"no guys its really okay" she said, I was just straight up confused at this point.

(SKYLYNNS POV)

I didn't want to be with my boyfriend. He forced me to go up to his room with him, and hit me because I wasn't dancing enough for him. I went to leave but the song I promised I would dance to came on, and Nash taught me to keep all of my promises, so I danced to it. I couldn't keep it in anymore. I need to tell them.

"no guys its really okay," I said, "I'll break up with him"

"No, Skylnn it is okay." Nash said

"No it's not......he forced me to go to the party....or else" I started to bawl.

"Or else what" Hayes asked, I just rolled up my shirt to show them the bruises. And then I was in the middle of a huge group hug. I guess Rue and Cameron were at the door cause they were the first to hug me.

" I am going to kill that kid." The boys said in almost perfect unison
