When It Rains

Yoongi got a few things he likes to do; eat, sleep, math, music and photography. And today, Saturday noon, he feels going out with his camera.

He quickly took his camera and slings it around his neck. He walked towards his door and grabbed his coat since it's still cold outside from the wet season. He adjusted his bag behind him and stepped out of his apartment.

He walked through the busy streets as he held on to his camera. Yoongi also fell in love with photography as much as he is in music. Both can let him express his emotions to things in different ways. Although, in music he can much more express what he thinks and feels directly but in photography he can express what he feels towards something through his lenses and let the photo tell its own story, letting people have a chance to interpret it as how they see it. He loves playing with ideas, and he wants to know others perspective on things.

As he was walking, he saw a stray cat looking up at the window of a coffee shop nearby him. He took his camera near his face and adjusted the lenses to focus on the cat. He took a few photos in different angles just in time as the cat looks at his way. It made Yoongi smile, he likes it when his subject makes eye contact with him.

Then suddenly as he was about to capture another shot, someone clutch down to the cat, making it look away from Yoongi and towards the hand reached out. He furrowed his brows for his subject's attention was disturbed.

He was about to take a glance at the person when he felt a wet drop to his head.

Another and another...

It was starting to rain again and he needs to protect his camera from getting wet. He quickly shoved his camera to its bag and stormed off towards the coffee shop.

The shop's bell rang as he swung the door open. He stood at the door way for awhile and stared at the heavy rain outside.

He held on to his camera, a little disappointed that he had to stop taking pictures outdoors for awhile.

He sighs as he fished his camera out, inspecting if it was damaged by the rain, gladly it didn't.

He scans a couple of photos he captured earlier, smiling as he was satisfied with it.

"Yoongi?"

Yoongi whipped his head to the direction of the voice and for sure, there standing also near the doorway of the coffee shop was the boy he talked to at the park.

He felt that familiar beating in his chest as he saw the other with his usual breath taking smile and crescent eyes.

"Hey" he said dumbly, a smile tugging his lips.

"Fancy meeting you here after 4 days" he smirks as he finally faces the other. Then the boy laughs and that was the time Yoongi noticed that he was carrying a cat in his arms.

He stared at it and then realized it was the same cat in his picture. The boy followed his gaze towards the cat and chuckled a bit.

"Oh, I found him outside earlier. I can't just leave him with this rain" he strokes the cat's head as it leaned to his touch.

Yoongi gently smiles, "Does the shop allows pets inside though?"

The other shrugs, "I don't know. I saw someone going in with a dog, so it's not bad to bring one too right?"

Yoongi laughs as he reached out to stroke the cat's back too as it purrs to his touch.

"I guess so"

So it was him. Yoongi concluded as he saw the same sleeves the other was wearing, same with the one in his pictures with the cat.

"We should take a seat" the guy spoke, making Yoongi look at him. "I think the rain is getting heavier" he said looking out.
