He lights up noticeably whenever she enters the room, and he always finds himself staring at her without meaning to. On those rare occasions that she catches him, she always turns bright red, almost as red as her hair, and starts yelling at him for no reason at all. Her behavior always baffles him, and everyone else around them.
She always seems to lose her balance and concentration whenever he enters the general vicinity. Sometimes she senses him staring at her, and her face heats up, and she doesn't like it so she yells and yells at his confused face.
"She's so loud and annoying," His friend, Roy, says in exasperation, "Why do you even put up with her?"
Will is fourteen years old, and that's when he realizes that he's quite talented in changing the subject.
