Today I was playing European Handball which is a team sport. I was sitting on the bench and a few of my teammates got up and started strategizing.
Tm1: we should pass three times then shoot.
Me: no that's reckless!
Tm1: not if we're on their side of the court!
Me: bullshit that's still reckless and inaccurate! We should get on a check! I've played sports before I know tactics!
Tm2: we've all played sports! We all know tactics!
Every time I play a team sport I'm always the tactician. But does anyone listen to me? No! The girl on the team that knows the game inside and out should NOT be trusted to make a strategy. However on the rare occasions they DO listen to me my tactics work. But more often someone else will suggest my idea and they'll go with that. Why?! I hate it.
