Elements Unraveling

Chapter 2

There are two names that are mentioned, and to avoid offending anyone, you can change them if one of the names used is your name.

"I'll ask again. What in the name of Gaia are you doing at my house?" Shade hissed at the preppy sluts. The two females in question looked at her weirdly and twirled their hair.

"Um, like isn't it obvious? We're here to see Dusky. After all he doesn't live here with you." Courtney said with disdain. Shade just glared and spat back.

"For your information he does live with me, his name is Dusk, and he most certainly does not want to see you two sluts. Now if you would, please leave, your making this doorway ugly with your faces." Shade smirked. She could tell she struck a nerve in the two girls. Shelly started to screech at the raven-ette.

"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO US THAT WAY YOU WORTHLESS WHO-" Shelly was interrupted by Dusk walking over to see the commotion.

"What's going on here? I thought I heard screaming." He stated. The three females looked at the male. Shade made her signature 'help me' look, as the blonds started to make excuses, and blabbering about how Shade had hurt their feelings.

"Look ladies" Dusk started, getting a pointed glare from Shade. "I don't know what happened nor do I care. But I did hear yelling that wasn't coming from my roommate here, so I am asking for you two to leave."

Courtney and Shelly looked at him flabbergasted as he shut the door in their face. Shade smiled and turned around and hugged the male, nuzzling her head into his chest.

"You're the best, ya know?" She murmured. Dusk wrapped his arms around her smaller frame. 

"This is why you love me right?" He questioned. Said female just snorted, seemingly amused.

"As if! We're just roommates,  nothing more. Now since you finally put a shirt on, you may have dinner." She smiled as she heard a small cheer from the firey persona. Shaking her head and removing herself from the taller male.

"So what are ya gonna make this time?" Dusk asked. She swore she could see actual starts in his eyes.

"Lemon pepper naked chicken tenders. Y'know, the good stuff." She replied as she went into the kitchen to set out the things she needed. 

"Shade I swear you are an angel. There is no possible way for you to be human." Dusk said while thinking of the soon to be made food. His roommate made soft giggles at how he was acting. He blushed lightly and looked away.

"Hun I am no angel. I scraped my knee crawling out of hell. You should know this by now." Shade sassed, playfully flipping her hair over her shoulder. Dusk made a noise that sounded like a mix between a snort and a laugh. As Shade was preparing the chicken, Dusk made a side comment.

"You do realize we have school tomorrow, right?"

"Fuck."
