The Everlasting Bond

Prologue

(The following story has characters and events based on true life.)

I get a notification tone on my phone it says  *You have a new message from the following contact ~Bestie~   "Hey I can't wait for school to start again you going to be there? I need to talk to you" I put my phone down and continue trying to fall back asleep on the 12-hour flight I'm on, *9 hours later I touchdown back at my destination I get off the plane catch a cab and book into a hotel and I text back to her "hey yeah I'll be there so just call if you need" then I put my phone down and go to sleep.

I wake up the next morning and I call room service so I could get my breakfast of a bacon & egg croissant and a cappuccino, I decide to check up on my bestie and I say "Heyy bestie I just arrived back from the holidays and you wanted to talk?" and she answers "yeah, how you feeling anyways can't wait to see you back at school :P" I answer "haha yeah see you then".

I've just finished packing my stuff and I called an Uber to drive me to the parking lot I left my car at so I could drive home and after a 30-minute drive we arrived there I get into my car and start driving home.

On the way there I recognised someone it was someone from one of my old schools when I was little so I stop to talk to them for a bit and I head off again and after a two and a half-hour drive I arrive home and I say to myself "yay tomorrow is school great".
